Best pharmacy in Port St Lucie. Evelyn is the best. Never have an issue.

The personnel and service at the Gatlin Blvd. pharmacy of Sam's was the best I had in my life...and I'm 93 years old! They helped me for several years; now I must drive 100 miles to Sam's in Concord NH (there are none in Vermont), and it's not the same!

Costs less than insurance copays for many of my meds. With my Sam's Plus card some we're free.

Best Rx ever!

After a 15 minute wait,I got my flu shot. Same thing happened the past few years.

Something is always broken at the food court. For months, it was the berry blast soda dispenser. Then it was the diet mountain dew dispenser. The icee machine is always broken. Apparently no one can fix it. And the ice cream machine is broken half the time. The only things that work are the oven and hot dogs. And management got rid of the complaint cards. Don't blame them. I can't wait until the costco opens in stuart.

Found it to be irresponsible to not have a backup while pharmacist goes on lunch... So, no one was there and no sign to let us know when they'll be back.
So I reached out to the lady by register and she couldn't care less (didn't get her name)
I tried with another register lady and she let me know that they would be back at 2pm
I appreciate their service for many years. Unfortunately, I would consider changes after this experience
