I went in to try the gluten free cupcakes. To my surprise I could pick from a few different gf cakes that were available and I could pick a flavored icing. I chose the almond icing on vanilla gf cupcake. Absolutely delicious! I also got the gf shortbread cookies. I will definitely be back. Cute store and very friendly service. Prices were reasonable.

Needed to stop by here and pick up some treats for a gathering. I called at 6:55pm (they close @ 7pm) and the lady told me not worry, she'd wait for me to arrive, which she did.
Excellent service, which is becoming rare these days.
No need to say anything about the cupcakes...they're always delicious 😋

They did an amazing job for our wedding. The owner is absolutely the best person to work with ever. Our cake and cupcakes were delicious and so unique. We had a small, two tier cake and 6 flavors for cupcakes in medium and small sizes. It was perfect!!!!

I ordered a dozen Holiday medium size cupcakes for my Sunday School class. It was a total hit! Beautifully decorated of different themes. The staff was very helpful in giving advise and professional. THANK YOU!

Small Cakes did a fabulous job on a cake that my husband ordered for my birthday!!! Not only did the cake come out exactly as I wanted but it tasted great and had a wonderful raspberry filling. Thank you again & I will definitely recommend this bakery!

I don’t have the best picture, but Smallcakes did such an amazing job with my son’s birthday cake. Not only did it look great, it tasted amazing and we received many compliments. This is the third time we have used Smallcakes for a custom cake and each time, it’s been wonderful!

In my family there are cake people OR frosting people.
I have always been a cake girl - you can keep the frosting and just give me the cake. Small Cakes has made me question my life choices. Their frosting is divine and so are their cupcakes!
Also, did I mention I’m gluten-free? Well they have amazing “gluten friendly” cookies (I’m looking at you pecan shortbreads) and cupcakes.
Anyone who is gf knows how hard it is to find gf baked goods that don’t taste like they were made in the sandbox.
The rest of my family who are able to eat gluten thought the cupcakes were bought were moist and delicious.
We are delighted to have discovered Small Cakes!

I got the 6 pack of the mini cupcakes and so far, I've only had the Boston cream and it was amazing! I bet the other flavors will be just as scrumptious. There are more than a dozen different cupcakes available in either mini or regular size. Also, I received great customer service :-)

We've all been to a specialty cupcake place, but these are really really good. Granted I don't know if I've been to one where I'd say they were bad, but this place's cupcakes really stand out. My favorite so far.

These were a great success at my wedding. The mini assorted cupcakes were perfect for around the cake so guest could have some more options = I was surprised how fast they went! They are moist & delicious = soooo yummy

#1 real butter cream icing everything in there is good I can't see how people buy cakes at Wal-Mart and publix yuck. I searched gmfor a good bakery in Florida I finally found real like in Indianapolis my home town. No city I have been to get can beat us in bakeries Krispy Kream left over 20 yrs ago. They will never make it in Indy because we have to many high end bakeries we are known for good bakeries real butter cream icing wedding cakes all that. Longs Bakery, Taylor's Bakery, Sweeties Bakery, Shaperio Bakery, Harts Bakery and many more that's been around 50 years plus

Carlos Bakery in Florida mall was a joke cup cakes were hard as a rock. I was so mad and they don't give refunds or exchanges because they know that shiii is awful. Carlos Bakery is extremely nasty.

The cupcakes here are always delicious. This is my go-to place to celebrate my families birthdays. That way I can get them an individual cupcake in a flavor I know they will love and will be able to have fully to themselves. Not only will you love the flavor but you will also fall in love with the presentation in their items. They clearly care a lot about the quality.

I love small cakes! When I found out they did special orders I placed one for my sons 11th birthday party. They did an amazing job on the minecraft cake and cupcakes all the kid's thought it was so cool!

I want to publicly thank these ladies for their services! They were patient, kind, and attentive to my needs. My baby shower cake was a hit for everyone! Smallcakes was a hit! I was struggling to find a place to accommodate my daughters wedding cake requirements in a short span of time. I went to smallcakes based on reviews and was not disappointed. Not only did the cake come out how my daughter wanted but it was delicious!!!! We received many compliments on the flavor (almond and chocolate marble). I just had a WONDERFUL experience at Smallcakes in Lake Mary! We are new to Florida so when faced with the task of finding a source for a custom birthday cake for our son’s 40th surprise birthday party, I was a bit anxious. Our 13 year old granddaughter found an image of a cake she thought would be perfect and asked me if I could make it happen. The pressure was on!🙄😉 My research led me to 3 bakers of custom cakes. After visiting with all 3 I decided on Smallcakes and I am so VERY glad I did!
Cheryl patiently visited with me on TWO occasions. The cake had to be PERFECT! My granddaughter was counting on me and I was counting on Cheryl!!!!
The result could not have been more perfect! The cake looked exactly like the image I shared. Maybe even better! It was a DELICIOUS, moist carrot cake and everyone at the party was asking where I had purchased it! The positive comments spoke to a job well done! 😊

Such a lovely bakery i got my daughters first birthday cake here and the entire staff was amazing. The owner was so nice and is very accommodating. Not only is the staff great but the cake and cup cakes are stunning and so delicious. The texture, moisture and the appearance just wonderful. My husband and I could not have been happier with the wedding cake Ale at Smallcakes created for us. Neither one of us are particularly cake people, but when we had our tasting at Smallcakes that all changed, as each flavor of cake, icing, and filling completely blew us away. Their cake is extremely moist and absolutely delicious. The whole process was such a joy with Ale, as she is the sweetest and very professional and detail-oriented. She placed the flowers on our three-tier wedding cake and the result exceeded every expectation. I also had Smallcakes create a surprise groom’s cake for my husband that was gator-themed and it was amazing!! She also created some vegan cupcakes for some of our guest and they raved about them!
