Customer service was great! Scott actually took his time to make sure I had the correct wiper blades for my vehicle, also they work as a team inside. Overall I give them a five star.

I’m giving this store 5 stars based off my experience with Lance. My car is giving me horrible trouble and I didn’t know if it was my battery or alternator. He helped me right away and found out it was my battery. He was kind enough to take a good 10-15 min to changed my battery (there was a lot of screws and junk to take it off) I told him about the rattling noise and he recommended me to Davis tire and now I’m getting that fixed. Only thing I didn’t like and it’s not his fault so I don’t hold it against him but I wish this store would bring back the check engine light testing. Oreillys does it so I feel advance needs to bring that back as well. But my customer experience at this store was welcoming thanks to Lance.

Went in today because I needed to purchase a battery and have it installed. I was greeted quickly, by a wonderful young woman, named Sarah. She was so sweet and so professional and knowledgeble and took care of what I needed right away. You must protect Sarah at all costs.....workers like her are hard to find!

Just wanted to say thank you to the two very nice ladies who assisted me with the coding of my SUVs service engine soon alert system. Great to see women working in an industry that's been primarily male dominated. Also very nice and friendly AND KNOWLEDGABLE!!!

I purchased a hitch lock for a trailer in Douglas Georgia did not realize they were only back East.
Figured I return it when I got home To Southern California as it did not fit..
