Party City

This Party is Great, today is my daughters birthday(single mom/ father is not in the picture) and it’s hard to surprise her because she is always with me. so I took some time off today to set up the house to surprise her while she’s at school. An employee named Melissa was soooo helpful and kind. thank you Mu daughter is going to love the balloons !!

Very helpful staff and this store seem to have almost everything... Unfortunately the one thing I was looking for they did not have which were some gold sparkles for a cake... They had the colored sparkles... But that wasn't quite what I was looking for.

Nonetheless, super awesome place to shop for all your party and celebratory needs.

Just left the store and had to say Lindsay was super sweet and helpful. Wish I got the gentleman’s name who was also there with her. Great customer service from everyone!

I made my order online for an assortment of helium balloons, and a few other things. It was the best online service experience, the website is great and the order was ready in a very timely manner, via text/email message alert- the store is clean, staff are friendly and it’s a great one stop shop full of so many accessories, and more- needed to throw a fun party!

The associate was very helpful! She showed us where to find what we were looking for and checked us out quickly. Would recommend!

The manager, Melissa, was AMAZING!!!! She went above and beyond the call of duty. She came through for me for a birthday party I gave at the Cobalt in Vero Beach on January 17. The delivery service scheduled to deliver the balloons backed out at the last moment. Melissa drove from Port St Lucie to Vero, put the balloons together, and placed them in the private room. Without her help, the evening wouldn't have been the same. The balloons made the room look magical. Everyone, including staff, commented on how beautiful it looked. I've attached a few photos, they don't do it justice, but you get the idea. Thank you, Melissa, thank you, Party City!!!!!

They are very friendly and helpful. I wanted to rent a helium tank but they sell them instead. They have a smaller tank for $35 and a larger tank for $50. The cashier was very helpful and walked over and helped me find it. That was a quick trip and I appreciated that because I had a party to get to and host

Never hurts to check out this place after a holiday. The staff is helpful and friendly. And, they vary some of those harder to find party items.

Planning a retirement party and found great, colorful decorations, cups, plates etc.

AMAZING!!!!!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM the 3 employee working at the time I was there... somehow I was able to interact with all three of the girls including a manager ... they went above and beyond to help me get all the necessities for our son birthday party.. THANK YOU..

Placed an online order and was promptly followed up with a call to confirm the order and time it would be ready. Kind staff and very helpful at the counter. Big selection of anything related to an event and very fair pricing.

I love this party city! The store always looks neat and clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Every time I go to pick up orders, they are ready to go.

Exactly what you expect when you walk in. Super clean and the employees were super helpful. Everything was stocked and when I need help finding something I was taken right to it. Great job guys!

This store had a LOT of stuffed animals! Since I have grandkids that LOVE their Ty Beanie Babies, they are only $5 for the regular and $10 for the bigger size!! The Sequined are a little more, but certainly less expensive than any other place I've found!

I love this place. I would go in for one thing and end up with move than I wanted. Well organized and stocked store. Clean store and friendly staff.

This store is Huge .... It really has a nice variety of party themes. I've come to the store to get just simple things. And big party supplies. Will come again. The only thing i can suggest is that they should have more staff memebers. Other tham that its all good. Very clean and organized.

The staff was so helpful! Down to earth and attentive. Pretty much everything You need to set up an event. :)
