LM Boots

I just received my first pair of LM boots and I couldn't be happier! From the moment I walked into the shop in Wellington I was treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. The boots are absolutely beautiful and the workmanship is very impressive. I was so lucky because they had a pair of boots that were samples. They were a bit too tight on me, but they promised to make the fit perfectly. I was a bit concerned having never purchase boots like that. I normally just by buy my boots off the shelf and the basically fit ok. When these boots arrived 3 weeks later (just as they promised) I felt like Cinderella. I put them on and they fit perfectly. I immediately rode in them and there was no break in period. Two days later I competed in them and they were perfect. Extremely comfortable and stunning to look at. I will be back for another pair for my everyday boots. Once you put on a boot like that you will not go back.

It's been such a pleasure working with LM Boots! They have the best customer service. I got my original pair of boots last spring. When they needed some adjustments, LM had me send them back, no questions asked. Then they proceeded to remake them, because they wanted to make sure the boots fit me perfectly. Overall, the quality is impeccable. They are very comfortable and feature impressive craftsmanship. I've never had boots that didn't need any breaking in until I got LM Boots! They hold up really well as long as you follow LM's simple instructions. If you don't live near their FL store, you can still have a piece of mind when you order your new pair of boots online. You will receive socks with horizontal lines and a tape measure with velcro. All you have to do is line up the tape with lines and take pictures. They have great instructions. I worked with Juan, who was very helpful and answered any questions I had. All in all, I highly recommend LM Boots! I decided to buy custom boots because generic ones would either never fit me right, or fall apart due to poor quality. I'm happy with my decision!

I absolutely love my custom tall boots from La Mundial. Nani Marchán was wonderful to work with when it came to measuring and designing my boots. The process was relatively quick, boots came in just under 2 months. Absolutely beautiful and fit perfectly. As a professional, the quality and fit of my boots is extremely important to me. I was so happy with the show boots I ordered last fall that I ordered a beautiful pair of brown boots to use daily at home. Both arrived earlier than expected and were so easy to break in. The leather is gorgeous and the boots are very well made. Highly recommend!

Always a great experience with this company and the LM team! Iv bought a few pair of boots from them and recommended them to all my clients. Our entire barn loves LMBoots. From the Customer Service to the beautiful boots they create, they always come in on top of their game! I truly appreciate this company! Also, my first pair of LMboots lasted me for 10 years and only this year did I send them in for a minor stich fix. The boots are still going strong and I spend at lease 8 hours a day in my boots!

I cannot say enough great things about this company and my most recent experience with them. I needed a strip attached to the top of my boots to make them a little taller, they sent me what it would cost to make the adjustment which I thought was very fair. I just got my boots and I am BLOWN AWAY by how they came out and how above and beyond the company went throughout the process. They look brand new (and are probably 15 yrs old, which says so much about their workmanship!!), in addition to the strip they replaced the zipper and inner calf patches and completely cleaned/restored the leather, and absolutely went above and beyond my expectations in every way from the customer service to the end product. They sent multiple videos to clarify / provide options throughout. They have made a customer for life out of me for sure! Strongly recommend this company.

I had a beyond excellent experience with this company! I own another pair of custom boots and they are no where near as comfortable as these! I could literally wear them all day! My design was executed flawlessly and the customer service from my rep Enrique was flawless. When need another pair of custom boots I will be coming right back to LM. 5 stars!

I only get my boots from LM Boots. The owner is amazing, the boots are beautiful and soft enough for easy to break in. The customer service is fantastic. I ride a ton of horses in the FL heat and when they need repairs, they do beautiful repairs on their boots which extends their life. The owner measures himself and I’ve ordered custom boots from LM Boots as well as bought off the shelf (with calf stretches for custom fit) and loved them all. We encourage all our customers to visit the store as they are the best show boots available for the money. I love great value!

I have never been more happy with a pair of riding boots than I have with LM Boots! I have now lost count of how many pairs I have bought from them, but at least 8. They always fit me absolutely like a glove and are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever had! They measure so many places on each leg, so they are truly custom. They offer many beautiful details which I get many compliments on. In addition, their customer service has been stellar! I am a Grand Prix dressage trainer, so I ride 11 horses a day, and these boots keep me comfortable all day long! I recommend them to all my clients!

I ordered my first pair of LM boots after a recommendation from a friend….. and a LM fitting at Equine Affaire. The only custom boots that I have owned that actually fit right out of the box. Beautiful and comfortable like a “Custom” pair of boots should be. I love mine. 🥰

I have to say I heard they had issues in the past, but their boots are gorgeous and I had a great experience from start to finish. Customer service was excellent and I got emails with updates. It took three months to get my boots, but they are perfect! Thought I would save them for shows, but wear them all the time. I want a brown or grey pair next, can’t decide!!!

Was measured by Roberto in Wellington back in March (which was a lovely experience) and just received my boots today -- they are beautiful, well made, and fit perfectly. Don't let the poor reviews deter you from this boot maker, for under $1,000 for fully custom boots they are a great value. Would highly recommend being measured by Roberto if your schedule allows, he is a true expert and professional to work with.

I was measured for La Mundial dressage boots (model #41) at the 2016 GDF in Wellington. My feet are slightly different sizes, and I've had two Achilles surgeries that have left me with a significantly increased left ankle circumference. In addition, I wanted all three levels of stiffness used in the design.

Despite the devastating Ecuador earthquake in April 2016, the boots arrived within two weeks of the due date. They are gorgeous, and absolutely flawless. Could not find a single irregularity in the workmanship anywhere on them. They fit my odd feet perfectly from the moment I put them on - no pain, no numbness, no interference with my leg aids. I've had them a year now and they are still like brand new, no scuffs or scratches, no sagging, wrinkles, or changes in the finish.

I know this company has had problems in the past, but they must have really stepped up their game, because I can't think of the slightest criticism to make of them, their Wellington representative or their product. I plan on ordering a second pair for eventing when my old field boots wear out.
