Publix Pharmacy at Shoppes of St. Lucie West

I've been going to this pharmacy for a number of years and have always had great service. They almost always fill my medications faster than I request and I know they are very busy. Being a former pharmacy tech myself working both in hospital and retail I can honestly say everyone one there does a great job, courteous and understanding. This goes for both the techs and the pharmacists.

They never are ready when they say they'll be.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever.
Last month, after submitting a refill request, 2 days went by before I called about it. It was ready, and had been for at least a day, they just never bothered to enter it into the system as ready.

Currently, I'm on hold, and have been for 27 FREAKIN' MINUTES just trying to see if the same prescription I mentioned in the above paragraph is ready after again not hearing anything for 2 days.

This is completely unacceptable, and I don't know what's happened to this place, but it needs to be remedied asap. You're failing your customers and negatively impacting their health.

Even if you come late and nobody is in front of you for meat cuts they made me wait 10 minutes because everyone is busy somewhere else. And for months now they cut off majority of cashiers typically only one is working.

Also Publix is a rip off. They posted record profit quarter of 1.2 billion dollars. Where do you think all this came from? While other stores like walmart came down with pricing publix thinks they still in the middle of pandemic and keeps all prices extra high. Avoid this anti-american company as much as u can.

Lost scripts to my daughter’s meds. Blamed it on another pharmacy in Port St. Lucie. They take forever even though there’s several employees working.

It was good years ago but lately they definitely have gone down hill, the woman behind the couter was pretty much yelling at me when I sat down to wait for my script too be filled, this was right after I was told by another employee that it'll be ready I'm five min. She comes almost running from the back yelling "sir sir! you're going to have to just wait until it's finished" so I left. It was ridiculous

Makes no sense to have a drive thru when your letting people drop off and wait for their script especially when your the slowest publix pharmacy in South Florida. Watched 9 cars pile up because of 1 car you let sit there for 30 min rather than asking them to come inside and wait or telling them to come back when its ready. I know good help is probably hard to find but was hoping the pharmacy manager had some sort of intelligence to fix this issue but maybe find someone with a sense of urgency rather than promoting the sub maker or a bagger to run the pharmacy.

Waiting time was 20 minutes before I was helped. Only one person on the counter. Then my prescription was not in the correct bottle top. I was very annoyed because I was there on Wednesday and it was not ready so this was my second trip and I was late talking my pill for today.

Don't go here to get any shots. The lady giving me covid vaccine stuck me with the needle like 4 times. She looked like she had never given a shot before in her life. Her hands were shaking so much. Publix pharmacy needs to fire this woman.

I am so appalled by what I saw today at the pharmacy and Publix. And this is on the west side of Port St. Lucie. One of the pharmacist, Sajel or Sejal Patel treated an elderly couple so rudely. I couldn’t believe it! I could not believe the way she was talking to them just because they miss filled out a form and the lady was so upset and hurt she told me I went over myself try to assist her on how she should fill out the form. I love going to this Publix but their pharmacy has become unbelievable! I will take this to corporate, because this hurt my heart. I actually went up to tell them I was not pleased on what I witnessed and they didn’t even care! And the young lady Sajel or Sejal Patel started fussing at me and tell me to mind my business! WOW!! Let me be clear when I see someone being rude and disrespectful to the elderly, I make it my business! They did NOTHING wrong and you treated them so rudely. I went up and asked them if they needed help and the lady said the pharmacist was rude and it was uncalled for because she didn’t know how to fill out the form I asked her if she needed me to fill out the form for her or give her help she said that’s OK I will make it. I was in tears! If you don’t like your job Ms. Patel, FIND ANOTHER ONE! And to think this is a new management! 🤦🏽‍♀💔

Terrible customer service Scarlet hung up in my face, without even addressing the need; Filed complaint, Christina M. Scarlet is rude and a terrible representative of your company.

Call the make sure my prescription was able to be picked up yet when I got there they said their computer system was down and was unable to give me an estimate of how long it would take so I waited and watched at least 10 to 20 customers get their medication without a single problem.

Prescription is never ready on Time like the automated system says it will be.Even though I confirmed that I am on the call list I never receive a call
