Waterstone At Wellington Apartments

Nice place, convenient location, great value! I stopped in today to review a 3 bedroom. The apartment has an attached garage which is under the apartment. Overall the apartment was nice and somewhat spacious. The price is one of the best in Wellington. I added a video of my tour on YouTube should you like to see the apartment with the garage.

I want to begin by saying that my interaction with the leasing agents has been nothing short of positive, respectful and helpful. I selected my unit sight unseen because I was moving from out of state, my initial reaction was shock because I wasn’t aware that the community was older than I expected but it does offer a cozy feeling. Management made sure that I had new floors prior to moving in. I was not greeted by my leasing agent I was also welcomed by the leasing MANAGER ( which of course made me feel special) and the head of maintenance. I am a reserved person mostly so this has been truly an amazing experience, for anyone considering any community in Wellington you won’t regret visiting and choosing to make this your new home. Moving is extremely stressful, especially 7 months pregnant! Stephanie at Waterstone made the entire process easy and was great with communicating and answering all of my questions. I was able to move into my new apartment seamlessly in less than 2 weeks! So far, the community has been perfect and I love that the office sends notifications about nearby community events. I’ve been really happy with my decision!

The property is nice and convenient, units are spacious, good location in Wellington and built around a beautiful lake. Current property manager is super helpful and is always working towards creating a good environment. She made everything much easier while we were living there. Maintenance team is great too.

I’ve been a Resident of Waterstone at Wellington for over 4 years since when I was relocating to Florida. Ms. Shay Johnson is the Assistant property manager for more than half that time. I don’t know Ms. Johnson otherwise than through this professional relationship. Ms. Johnson has been an outstanding Assistant property manager. She is thorough, highly responsive, and is always a pleasure to deal with. Ms. Johnson gives me informed and considered advice regarding my tenure and all pertinent information needed. She has made time for to address my concerns regarding apartment issues at length.

I’m content with Ms. Johnson being either the Assistant property manager or the Property manager. During my travels, I’ve leased other properties before and no other property manager I have had, has ever provide me with the standard of service we received from Ms. Johnson.

Nonetheless, whenever I received outstanding service, it’s only right to provide professional feedback. This isn’t something I do very often because my standards are very high, and it takes time away from my busy schedule. But Ms. Shay Johnson has met my high expectations.

This was my first time living in Wellington and I just so happened to see this neighborhood and stop by. Shay was the first person I met and has been extremely helpful from start to finish. She managed my move in and has been my go-to person for anything that I may need. Everyone in the office is friendly and the maintenance team responds quickly if any issues come up.
My building is mainly long term tenants and the neighborhood has been very welcoming with different activities that encourage community involvement. This is a nice and quiet neighborhood that I find to be reasonably priced for the area. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I want to give a special things to Shay and Stephanie for making the process so easy for me to move in. From the beginning that helped me through everything and certain situations and even maintenance issues get taken care of as soon as possible I’ve had a great experience here. Everything was easy and smooth and organized and they actually really care. The group of maintenance that they have here is also amazing. They are on call 24 seven and they attend to your needs as professional as possible with a timely manner. I love them and I love living here

Stephanie made the move in process as simple as can be (surprisingly simple) - the time it took from first applying to putting the key in the door on move in day was a flash and all of the details that made that process as smooth as possible were facilitated expertly by Stephanie.

From the moment I walked into the office and spoke with Stephanie, I knew I was in good hands! She was super nice and answered all of my million questions that I had. She was patient and kind as I told her my horror story of my previous apartment complex. I am totally looking forward to start my new journey in my new home! I lived here a few years ago. I needed some information from Waterstone that I knew would be a tough thing to get, but I called anyway. Dawn Connelly answered, and from the minute she answered the call, she was EXTREMELY kind, understanding, and willing to go out of her way to help me. She told me that it could take till the end of the week, which I said ok. I made the initial call yesterday (Monday), and she already had the answers today (Tuesday). That doesn't happen anymore, so I want to give her a shout-out. When I lived there, I met great people, but this was the best experience I've had with Waterstone. Thank you!

I Just moved in a few months ago. Sharon made my experience a pleasure. She was proficient as to what I was looking for and accommodating. I'm in love with my apartment!!! Luxurious, spacious and modern! All of the amenities here are state of the art! The security here is amazing. Gates always work. Thank you Waterstone I'm finally home!

Front office is amazing! Always a quick call or email away. Pool and gym are well kept. And the maintenance team alway on time and friendly

I'm a single parent that has not much success in living in a safe environment,for me and my daughter. Here I feel safe, the two wonderful ladies that run this community Sharon and Ashley,are diligent,kind and understanding. I have never been so happy. We recently relocated to South Florida and did all of our process online and through the phone before getting here to sign our lease. I trusted my gut and the pictures before even looking at the place. Once here I have to say I love it and have no complaints. The pictures give true representation of life at Waterstone. Reading some of the reviews I really don't understand or agree with what some say. The grounds are well kept, the apartment is nice and comfortable, maintenance is amazing and the office staff has been nothing but friendly. Makes me wonder what some negative reviews are based on since my experience and the experience of many others have been so different. The stairways and halls can be a little cleaner which is why I pick up a broom and sweep, and have also seen my neighbors do the same. After all, I take pride of where I live and like to do my part and to expect the company to hose down the hallways daily or even weekly is unrealistic. The management company cannot control the leaves and dirt that get dragged in by rain or wind or the random pieces of papers that residents drop which is all that I have noticed. Other than that everything is always kept clean. Thank you Waterstone for giving my family and I and beautiful and safe place to live.

I have lived in at Waterstone at Wellington for 10 years with my children. The property is extremely well maintained with beautiful landscaping, and I feel very safe here in this gated community. It is close to many things like the mall, many retail stores and grocery stores. In addition, the schools in this district are excellent and very highly rated.
I have known Justine the property manager for many years and she always goes the extra mile to make sure my concerns are addressed and my maintenance requests are taken care of right away. In addition, Ernesto the maintenance director is extremely professional, highly skilled, and friendly. I feel very comfortable with him in my home. Genista in the office is very sweet and friendly as well.
The property is very clean and family oriented. I recommend Waterstone to anyone looking for a very nice apartment complex to call home.
