Publix Pharmacy at Darwin Square

This has been my Publix for about 20yrs now and my pharmacy for almost the same amount of time. I can't thank the staff enough especially to my Dear Friend Brian, he always welcomes me at the drive~Thru or inside. He is such a Great Man and very caring. And a special thank you to Mrs. Jessica. I've never met her in person, but she always calls me on my Prescriptions/Medications.so very kind and thoughtful. I just to share my thoughts. And a very much thanks to the rest of the staff.

This has been My pharmacy for many years. I'm always treated with kindness and compassion. They are always helpful and prompt. Everything is made as easy as possible and when any issue or delay occurs, they communicate and work hard to resolve it or find a solution.

Very pleased with my 4 years of experiences with nearly all staff. Friendly, patient, and timely - even when they are busy. Tried 4 other pharmacies before landing here. Thank you!

I've been using this pharmacy for years and every single person that works here is fantastic. But the supervisor Chelsea went out of her way to do some extra work to help me in a way that truly changed the quality of my life. I have never ran across a friendlier group of employees in a retail setting. These people truly care about you and they love their jobs as reflected in the quality of their work.

Today was my 1st time at this location. Even though it's not the closest to my home, I will continue using them. I called to confirm a refill prior to going in. The person via phone was very helpful. Upon arrival, I needed to update insurance information. The young lady at the window was efficient & then she quickly rung me up. I found her to be extremely polite. Kudos to this location for good, fast service!

The staff at the pharmacy is amazing. My husband doesn’t have insurance and the prescriptions we were dropping off were pretty pricey the gentleman at the drop off help us out with a discount card which made them so much more affordable . He said they would be ready in 20 minutes I didn’t realize at the time the pharmacy closed in 30 minutes when I got there it was a few minutes after the time they closed the gates were down But I saw the guys that’ll helped me and he was able to have the pharmacist still check me out and I was able to get my husbands medicine. They both went out of there way for me. Thank you so much any place else would have made me wait until the next day. It was important for my husband to have his meds right away!!! Thank you again You guys rock!!

VERY happy I found this particular pharmacy. The techs, staff, and Pharmacists are excellent. They actually help. As many know other Pharmacies will be rude if you need clarification/help, say sent to wrong location, the Dr. Missed a letter in the name etc. And hang up saying not their problem.

This Publix Pharmacy will call docs, call locations, and just HELP you! And I pay half now than Walgreens/Wal-Mart etc. Ask for help/what's wrong at any other place the authoritative technician usually hangs up, "call your dr!"....bc how dare you ask "was it sent somewhere else?"

Go to Publix and keep your sanity. Great job to everyone there. And NO, they won't bend the law. They're professionals. They do their best to fix whatever's causing issues or questions 👍

Always excellent on getting prescriptions

This pharmacy treats people great. I have always gone here and due to my most recent transaction I will always go here. The staff is amazing

Publix is a most enjoyable place to shop for groceries. It's clean, well lit and employee's are always
available to help, however their prices are among the most expensive.
