Solara at Wellington

Lindsay was absolutely amazing!! She really cares about her customers. She helped me through the entire leasing process and helped me to find the perfect apartment! She took her time with me, listened to my needs and it was such a warm experience. The community has been renovated and is in a great location.

My husband and I recently moved into Solara and we are really happy with our decision especially since its such a dog friendly community. Lindsey was so helpful from the start and answered all our questions. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We really like that the unit was newly renovated and all new kitchen appliances.

My experience at Solara has been great. The office staff go out of their way to help with any issues. Maintenance staff is equally as prompt with issues. I have been very happy with the community. Five stars!!!!!

The Solara at Wellington community offers good quality service, with speed and professionalism. The community has been remodeled, and is a quiet and safe place for seniors and families. Additionally, the community is close to schools and supermarkets.

An overall smooth transition into our new home. Only a few minor hiccups of initially putting the wrong date for our move-in date. Our ceiling fans had a good amount of dust on them when we moved in, but maintenance was quick to respond, and I hope the same for our no running water washing machine. Compared to the experience we had with our previous place when we moved in which immediately was the deciding factor for not renewing our lease after the first time, we may actually consider a second lease with this property depending on how the rest of our time goes. More follow-up as time progresses.

I really enjoy living at Solara. This is my second contract with them. I lived here 4-5 years ago for a year and then relocated to Miami. I love it even more this time around. The guys in the office are great. Eugene is the one who did my lease and he’s friendly and makes you feel at home. When Eugene was off Javier helped me to change some stuff on my lease and was also friendly and professional. I briefly met the property manager Raul and from what I can tell he was the same. The few maintenance items I’ve had were taken care of promptly. When I lived here before I had the smaller 2/2. Now I have the larger 1/1. I love both layouts. They’ve also made improvements to the amenities and the office is beautiful compared to the last time I lived here. They also have valet trash now which is convenient. I enjoyed my stay the first time around and I know I will love it even more now!

The property is Nice and Quiet, its conveniently located to shopping ,I95 and the Turnpike. I moved here for the family friendly environment
as wellington is a great place for families. Solara. Management and staff are friendly and responsive in a timely manner and property is well kept.

We called Solara home for more than 3 years and adored every minute. Eugene was the first person we met and he became an endearing friend. Everyone from Raul and Javier, to the maintenance staff were warm and welcoming. While they are the employees at Solara, they became so much more...they became our Solara family. The entire staff are exemplary and an asset to the company for which they work. Their friendly manner is evident throughout the day. They truly like and respect each other. Raul's wonderful leadership is no doubt reflected in the attitudes of the staff. They truly cared for us, we become more than just tenants...we became a family of friends.

Been here going on 9 months now. I would say the staff here are the best, Eugene and Javier are amazing and very personable. The place is mostly quiet or what to do be expected from apartment living (few noisy neighbors here or there) . Any service related issues I've had are handled promptly. They do their best keeping the residents happy!!!! I would definitely recommend.

I have been here since November 2008. The owner is continuously working to improve the appearance and security of the complex. I think they do an excellent job. The staff are quite strong in their ability to interact with people. They handle problems without drama. I see the staff riding around all day long. They spend time putting quality into where I live. We love Solara!!! The staff, Eugene and Javier and all of the maintainance team are extremely professional but also so awesome and welcoming. As long as your entire family is respectful of the facilities, they enjoy the kids hanging out and bring them popsicles when they're out at the pool. If the kids are going crazy and messing things up the office will come out and say something to them. It usually only happens when people let's their kids run around with no supervision which happens often but it's gotten much better after a few parents were talked to. The little ones and respectful teens are the office favorite because their parents are there to supervise or a parent will ask another to supervise their teen usually when hanging out at the pool. If you're a cool, friendly person you'll have a lot of fun here. The office has little holiday parties for the kids like ice cream socials at the pool. Anytime I've always had same day or next day assistance when something is broken except when my washer broke. That took a whole two days for them to bring me another one. I was honestly shocked it only took two days. When here they noticed my light didn't work so they fixed that too without me saying anything. We came from a nice big house in CA and I love these apartments! For apartments they're fairly large. We have one of the older 2 bedroom models but it's fine for our family. It's carpeted but they have the super nice remodeled ones for people who aren't cheap like me. I'd rather save a couple of hundred dollars and stay in a regular apt. We have never had a problem with parking and we've been here for 6 months. If you park in the grass, you're going to get towed. They spend a lot of money on landscaping this property. I don't even know how someone could possibly park on the grass here without hopping a curb. As long as you respect the property and your neighbors you'll love it here! My son loves his "uncle Gene!"

Ever since I moved to Solara, Andrea, Samantha, and Kera have been very friendly, helpful, a warm to me. My time here is uplifting and always good. How refreshing! Thanks to you all for a wonderful living experience. Karen

My Family and I moved from NYC about 1 month ago, with Covid 19 we had to find a place to live completely online. Eugene was absolutely amazing, he handled everything for me and made the move as seem less as possible. We have been here only 1 month and all the residents we have met have been friendly. The staff are on top of everything. I highly recommend Solara as a place to call home. Here are some facts for you guys...

1. Yes the properties looks a little older than 2015 properties
2. There are a lot of trees and these can make it harder to maintain

Now let's talk about the positive things I like

1. Quite place
2. Great customer service - (I'll talk about this more below)
3. Great location, close to everything (Mall is 3 mins away)
4. Great maintenance time response
5. Detached garages
6. Fair prices according to the wellington area
7. Some cops live there
8. Gym, Pool, Computers, Coffee and more...
9. Lots of parking available
10. I can list more but will stop here....

Most of the negative reviews I read about, has to do with the level of education and age of these individuals.

You have to understand that the team CANNOT BENT the rules just because they like you or you are a nice person.

You have to understand that there are fees that you sign up for when you sigh the lease and you must pay for them accordingly.

You have to understand that things are NOT perfect in any place.

You have to understand maintenance cannot fly by your place in 5 minutes. There are a lot of apartments there.

If you have roaches, it's because your house might not be clean or maybe the neighbor's place is dirty.

If something is not right, let them know and they will fix it!

Conclusion:

The team has answered my requests promptly and with great customer service. I could not ask for better services than what they already offer, great attitude, great energy, nice atmosphere and overall nice people.

It's not just with me, I see that everybody gets great customer service and taken care of when there is something wrong. If you are doubting the place because of the reviews do yourself a favor and go to the office to get a tour.

Final thought:

Yes I think the Solara team can do better with maintaining the outside in better condition meaning:

1. Picking up the leaves from the trees more
2. Pressure washing the stairs more often
3. Painting some of buildings more often
4. Maintaining the decoration around the trees nicer

Solara is a lovely place to live.
The office is always doing their best to help you and answer any questions. Patience and understanding.
The big smile coming from Eugene is contagious and always cheerful.

Solara looks pretty, thanks to the staff. They are very nice, polite and discret also. Every problem gets fixed pretty quick.

Don't have any problem with the neighborhood. Quiet and safe. ( living right by the pool and at the entrance though )

The administrators Eugene, Javier and Raul along with his maintenance crew are amazing, very professional, always accommodating and willing to make you feel like right at home. Amazing community!!

I had the best experience with Eugene! I felt welcome and he answered every question I had. Solara is the best place to stay in Wellington and I highly recommend talking to Eugene. The community is very quiet and you have Publix right down the road plus the Wellington Green Mall. Eugene open his arms to making me feel like a resident as soon as I walked in. His energy and great customer service is well needed and appreciated!
