Local Guide here I'm rating this place based upon service quality. This is one of the only places in South Florida you can get service without an appointment, unlike Broward and Miami where you have to wait for weeks these folks will see you any time, are extremely polite and professional and the overall building is clean and well taken care of . Nothing but 5 stars here

I was very pleased yesterday when Inspector Nicolas Frias solved a long standing dispute for me after his determination to continue to pursue it daily. WHAT AN EMPLOYEE. HOW LUCKY THEY ARE TO HAVE HIM. GRATITUDE to him for a job well done.

I could write a dissertation. However, the only description is useless, motionless, lazy, inefficient bureaucracy. Don't waste your time dealing with the aforementioned. 🚽🧻🪠

Consumer Affairs ONLY acts as an arbitrator to get the consumer to pay for what is in dispute. Evidence is not important. They do not make sure the offending company followed statutes. There is no penalty to the company. No enforcement so that future consumers are protected. Consumer Affairs is not responsive to questions, by email or phone, and only sent form letters

We had to wait almost an hour to get an ID issued, although we were the ONLY ones there. Staff were all huddled around talking, instead of offering assistance.

Never pick up the phone

I really don’t like it there
They never answer phone call even emails
I called so many times and leave messages to reschedule my appointment for ID they never respond or returned the call back
