Publix Super Market at Shoppes at the Royale

I had a wonderful experience at this Publix! David, working at the deli, truly went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. He made an exceptional effort to prepare a sandwich for me, ensuring it was exactly to my liking. His dedication and friendly attitude made my visit memorable. Highly recommend visiting for a pleasant shopping experience and exceptional service at the deli!

I like the idea that you can park your car in the parking garage and take the escalator up to the store. This is a large Publix very organized and clean. After shopping you put your cart on the down escalator while you ride on another one going down. Employees are "great" A special shout out to Tony in the Deli

Fantastic food, superb service, a must go if you're in the area. Scallops were perfectly cooked, super soft, tender, and delicious! Mashed red potatoes had just the right balance of butter, salt, onion, and a little garlic, perfect.

Where shopping is a pleasure...lol. It is for the most part, thats why I gave 5 stars. But, the deli - ordering a sandwich takes soooo long. Even when I order in advance, its never done. My brother is a grocery manager at another Publix and he says all the deli departments are like that...lol. But, to be honest, you cannot be a PUB SUB! None of the food chains can compete at all. It is worth the agonizing wait for a delicious PUB SUB!

They are an outstanding supermarket that consistently delivers on quality, variety, and service. The store is always clean and well-organized, and the staff members are friendly and helpful. This was my first time in here and literally every associate I came across was so sweet...
I did need help and AUSTIN was so friendly and looked up what I was looking for which wasn't there but when I came back to the aisle for something else I ran across him again and he randomly showed me an alternative the the popcorn I was looking for

Also as I was on the phone I said I didn't know where the soda was and another associate heard me and told me where we to go without me asking them

Great deli meat and cheese and produce but on the high side for most items. I have to buy in bigger quantities, cheaper packages from Costco n Sam's Club to make my products more affordable.

The pharmacy at this location is stellar. My son is a T1D and needed insulin right away. Jake in the pharmacy was kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in facilitating the request in conjunction with the insurance company. I would not hesitate using this pharmacy. Thank you!

It’s fun because it’s on 2nd floor and first time we had been there , big and clean

This is an upscale Publix location near Tyrone mall in St. Petersburg Florida. The store is extremely clean and well-maintained while the shelves are fully stocked with groceries and other essentials it is a sore that is located on the second floor therefore, you park in a garage or outside in a parking lot then take an escalator up to begin your shopping experience.

Such a great Publix the customer service here is super first class and everyone is so friendly everything is neat and organized would definitely recommend going to this one!

Beautiful store with wonderful staff. One man found an electric cart for me when we arrived. Another walked out and loaded my car.so thankful for the help.

You can tell Miah is new at the deli but she’s very patient, listens, makes and cuts my sandwiches really well.

It's a pretty standard publix! They do have a parking garage though so the actual grocery store is on the second level. Never had any issues with employees.

This plaza is clean and easy to get into, when you leave go to 19 if you need to make a turn to go North, the side street turn is tight if you have a big vehicle, 19 is a much easier turn to go north

Hands down, best Super Market. Pricey for reasons. For select items, more than worth it. The employees seem pretty laxed which is quite refreshing.

Like most Publix stores it is immaculately clean with wide aisles. BOGOs of course. I find the employees particularly friendly and helpful at this store.

Great day out with my son. We truly enjoyed the Ansel Adams and Clyde Butcher exhibits today! There is always something new to bring us back!
