Resilient Fitness Wellington

Have been working out consistently for the last 2 years. Been to the bigger gyms between Royal Palm to Deerfield Beach and I have FINALLY found the gym that checks every box.

Clean, great equipment, never super busy where you can't move, great bathroom options, awesome staff and has every thing I need for all 4-5 of my workout days.

This is the place. If you're local or semi local, drop your current gym membership and come to Resilient. Best decision I've made in quite some time

When I joined a few weeks ago, I thought the gym was brand new. The gym is spotless and the equipment looks like it was just unpacked yesterday. I talked to a member today who has been going to Resilient for 8 years! The owner, Cheryl takes great pride in keeping the gym clean and sanitary. Aside from that, this gym has every piece of equipment I ever dreamed of. I am so happy I joined Resilient!

I LOVE this gym! Nicest place I've experienced. The owner and manager...Cheryl L....is meticulous about the cleanliness of the facility, the care and maintenance of the equipment, and takes special interest in her customers' needs. She's the best. And her trainers are always top notch, professional, and super friendly. I'm working with Austin R....he's wonderful and really helping me get in shape. Thank you Austin! Thank you Cheryl!!

Best gym ever! Clean and everything works. Cheryl is an incredible trainer who really cares about her clients making progress. Been to many of the "top" gyms in the country and this is the best.

I've been with the gym for the past couple of weeks and it's been awesome. The gym is really clean and doesn't feel overwhelming. Austin is an amazing trainer; great at communication, setting goals, and talking you through the workouts and process.

Highly recommend him and the gym.

Being new to Wellington one of the first things I wanted to do was find a new gym. Before Resilient I went to three different gyms and none of them felt like the right fit. After visiting Resilient and meeting the owner Cheryl, I knew it was the right place. The gym overall is well equipped, extremely clean, and all the members respect one another and the gym.

Overall definitely recommend to anyone that is serious about their well-being and wants a great environment.

I’ve been traveling all over and without a doubt this is my all time favorite gym. Always so clean with people that come to actually work out and it’s never packed, a dream! Machines are all new and working perfect and there is so much variety🤞🏻

Resilient Fitness is a great place to workout. I’m 70 years old with arthritis in my joints. My trainer who is in her 60’s is helping me to push beyond my mental limitations. I felt very sore the first week but that passes and I’m ready for more! Thank you Cheryl!

We love so many things about this gym! The owners & staff are amazing, it is clean, equine oriented, modern, professional but with a warm "family" vibe. Absolutely wonderful :)

Love this gym! Clean, all the equipment you need for an amazing workout! The other classes they offer, like Spin, HIIT etc are an added bonus!

Resilient offers everything you need from equipment, classes and most importantly trainers to help you achieve your fitness goals. The gym is clean, well lit and maintained to high standards. There’s a very welcoming environment for members of all strengths and capacities. This is not a place where people walk in to sit on a machine and take selfies. Members come in, do their workout and keep the place clean for others. The competition is healthy and fun. So glad we found Resilient! Cheryl, Tony and Mike make sure we get things done and achieve our health goals. Thank you Resilient!

Honestly this is probably the best gym I’ve been to and it has some of the nicest equipment you can get your hands on. Environment is very clean, and everyone is friendly and committed to working out.

Resilient Fitness is truly the best gym I've ever trained in. The gym itself is always beyond clean and has a great vibe.

All of the staff regardless of their position are very positive, dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional. The gym has awesome features such as Crossfit, group fitness classes, personal training, and even a boutique to name a few.

Cheryl, the CEO, is extremely dedicated to all clients and staff. She is very passionate about the gym and makes everybody feel at home. Cheryl has redone the entire gym and added all new equipment that will help everybody reach their fitness goals. I have only ever seen her extend support, kindness, and motivation to every single person that walks into the gym. Definitely check it out!

I love this gym everyone is there to put work in , very friendly environment I'm more then happy.

Really solid gym. I have been searching for a gym like this that feels more like a community instead of a commercial gym. It’s so clean and well maintained by their staff. For a body builder, there’s a few machines I wish they had (hack squat, more back machines) but overall they have everything you need. It also has a great atmosphere and is one of the only gyms I have been to where I am able to workout without headphones. I recommend this gym to anyone in the Wellington area. 5 stars

My wife and I recently joined Resilient Fitness of Wellington and absolutely love it! The facility is kept immaculately clean, the equipment is in top condition, the support staff is outstanding as well as professional and it is easily accessible to us. I would recommend Resilient Fitness to anyone who seeks a positive, healthy environment and the right tools to achieve your fitness goals.
