Excellent customer service. The office is clean and inviting. Fabiola Perez made the process painless. No wait on the appointment time. She took care of the title, registration, and plates without delay. Offered the option to save by using antique plates. There is a processing fee and wait to receive the product, but it is worth saving yourself the hassles of the DMV. Five stars and beyond

This company is more than 5 stars. Very professional, nice, helpful and definitely get the job done! They are very diligent about making sure they have the fastest processing time, and they successfully do so. The out of state department is the best. They are thorough, detail oriented, and best of all very helpful. And saving the best for last Jocelyn Luzuriaga. She goes above and beyond to help me out. From always answering all my calls, to fast responses on emails, helping me explain situations to customers and always answering my questions. This company is great to work with!

Two weeks ago I called this office and Mr. Helen helped me. I asked her for information about a procedure and she transferred me to oscar and I was actually surprised by the attention he offered me and he clarified all my doubts. I definitely recommend oscar he was extremely patient with all my questions and very helpful

Me and my husband called the office a few days ago and honestly the attention was not pleasant at all and we decided to ask about Oscar, because they had definitely told us a lot about him, and they transferred us to him, and things definitely changed, he treated us with quality, and he offered us excellent service, they definitely need more staff like Oscar... Serina helped me with a transfer of registration the other day. Not many places have great customer service anymore but she was outstanding and exceeded my expectations throughout. She made sure I was taken care of. If I do ever need help again I’ll be coming back to see her!

Purchased a new car from a dealership in Georgia and was clueless about navigating the Florida state bureaucracy. Much to my surprise, the dealer transferred the Georgia title to this firm and the transaction was seamless. The front desk was super pleasant and brought smiles to everyone waiting. I wish I got her name. The only thing that could have been better was the parking around the building. They need to relocate.

Update. Company called me after I wrote my review. Explained the situation and it appears that the company I purchased the vehicle from is not providing me updates. Executive tags called with 15 minutes of posting the review and the problem has been fixed. Great customer service.

Serina was absolutely amazing to work with. She got the job done and was very on top of things. Definitely will be coming back in the future for needed services.

I give this a five-star review because this tag agency company is one of the best companies in Florida right now. I just received my new title and registration for my car . I went in pick it up and went out. I advise everyone to use their service they are the best
