Family Bicycle

I bought a Biria city bike from Albert a year ago and it's without question the best bike I've ever owned. I use it daily and I'm beyond impressed by it's quality and durability. Albert's knowledge and customer service (and sense of humor!) are exemplary and his service team is top notch. I'm grateful to have a bike shop of this caliber in our community. I highly recommend them for any of your biking needs!

Alberto is a great guy. Prices are very reasonable. I needed to fix a tire and he gave me 3 options to choose from and explained the reasons for each. I was thinking I would be picking my bicycle up in a few days and he had it done within a few hours. Definitely going back and definitely found a reliable place with great service.

Excellent customer service and pricing was very fair. I was in need of a new front brakes installed for my son mountain bicycle and I was very impressed with the quality of work. This has been the best bicycle repair service I have ever experienced. If you have any bicycle service needed or want to purchase a bicycle I highly recommend this place of business.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I wrecked the rim of my back tire the other day and needed a quick fix. I had heard good things about Family Bicycles. I called on Monday morning around 8:45. The owner answered the phone and was pleasant and professional. I thought I was going to have to purchase a new rim. He told me that I would not and that they could probably straighten it for me. I asked how long would it take? The answer was about an hour or so and that they would do it the same day. I asked whether they needed my bike or just the tire. He told me it would be less expensive if I brought just the tire.

Went to the shop and was greeted by the owner as he was leaving the shop and he told me that they would take care of me in the shop. They wrote up the sales slip and told me it would be ready by early afternoon. GREAT!!! I then went into the showroom to look at the various bikes. What a great selection!!! The owner's wife came in to answer my questions and was very helpful in answering my questions. She told me that her husband could answer more technical questions later that day.

I picked up my rim at at 12:30. I also had them check my tire as it had a couple of cuts in the sidewalls. The repair person said it was fine and I did not need a new tire.

I will probably be back in the near future to road test a new bike. This is a great family business with an excellent service team. I highly recommend them. BTW, the price to fix my rim was only $30 which I feel is a reasonable price.

Had to go in to fix two flat tires but didn’t have the funds to have a mechanic replace it for us so staff allowed us to use their air compressor as we fixed the flat ourselves. Staff very kindly helped us through the process but did remind us that this is not a practice that is commonly done.

An absolute gem family owned and operated full-service bicycle shop. If you are new to or looking into cycling this is the place you need to visit. Wonderful friendly and lots of neat bikes and accessories to shop for.

I’ve tried many of the bicycle shops in the Lake Worth area and must say, without a doubt, the ABSOLUTE BEST place for bicycle, purchasing, repairs and accessories is FAMILY BICYCLE.

This business was started decades ago and is currently being run by the son Albert along with his wife and family members. You can be assured that the level of customer service you will receive is unprecedented.

I have taken multiple bikes from cruisers to mountain bikes for them to service and have always been more than happy. The prices are very reasonable, and their time to do repairs is prompt and accurate every time!!! They go above and beyond to take care of the customers the way businesses should treat customers…. With appreciation, respect and a courteous manner. I encourage you and all your family members to bring your bicycles to FAMILY BICYCLE. It is the only place you’ll ever need to know!!!

This is the second bike shop that I’ve tried out in Lake Worth. To say that my experience here was a million times better would be an understatement. These guys were kind, helpful, fast and efficient. If you have any work that needs to be done on your bicycle I would highly recommend them. Got a Revi Oasis with a substantial discount because the person who bought it had to travel and returned the bike.

This Oasis had only 300 miles in the odometer, but it looked new and runs great!

Yasset greeted me the moment I walked in. I brought the front tire for a Specialized mountain bike a friend gave me to have the tube replaced. He replaced the inner tube, handed me back a perfect front tire and sold me a second one for the back tire for $22 TOTAL. I’m writing this review in the car before I leave. I got here 11 minutes ago. I’ll bringing my wife’s bike back to have the brakes adjusted (now that we’re getting along better ;)

This bike shop is amazing! The people working there, are super, super nice and so friendly and helpful! I found everything, I needed and they gave me so much extra and helped me with everything!!! And the “material” is very good quality and safe!!!

Family Bicycle was recommended to me from a friend who said I wouldn't be disappointed. I needed a tune-up and new seat and post. And I thought I needed new tires. I appreciate Albert's honesty in telling me I didn't need new tires instead of selling me new ones. Family Bicycle will be the only place I take my bike.

Family Bicycles shipped my bike to my home in Dallas, Texas. The bike arrived 3 days earlier than promised and when I opened the box, I could tell that the bike and its contents were lovingly packed inside. What a great job. Family also did some work and annual inspections of my bike. I would not hesitate to recommend their services or use them in the future.

Must have called about 15 different bike shops today to find a push handle for my daughter's bicycle. The shop owner knew exactly what I was talking about when I called, and had not one, but two in stock! When I came by later to get one, the owner was so personable, and told me he likes to carry the items that other shops don't. Mission accomplished! Such a nice experience! Easy parking in private lot on south side of the shop. Can't wait to find a reason to come back and check out more! Thank you again 😃

I got my bike serviced by Albert and his team. He fixed my broken bike handle, I bought a new comfy seat and he installed my new bike rack for me and taught me how to do it myself. Great customer service, good people! will certainly come again and refer a friend.

Absolute best bike shop in the palm beaches. Quality work, great service, friendly and helpful advice, high energy!!! Absolutely loved this place. My only advice is get full pricing upfront so there’s no surprises but regardless to what you pay, your getting the absolute best service available in 561 .. So they deserve it anyway lol but thank you guys 🤘🏾

Albert was a pleasure to work with! I came in to purchase 1 bike for myself and ended up leaving for another one for my husband. We are local residents looking start biking around the neighborhood.

Overall great experience. I recommend to go there if you are looking for a bike that will last you a long time.
