F45 Training West Palm Beach

Thanks to the staff and managers at F45 West Palm Beach for welcoming me to your studio. I'm an F45 member in New York and they helped me keep my training routine even while on vacation in (warm, sunny) Florida for a few days.

It's great to visit F45 studios around the country since the workouts are identical no matter where you are. Even better when you find first rate trainers like in F45 West Palm Beach.

Great place to train! Love the workouts. Each workout is different every time I go which is nice because of challenges my body. The instructors do a good job at keeping everyone in the classes motivated and ensuring we are maximizing our efforts by showing us the proper form for each workout.

I am honored to found a place that provides fitness at its finest,with a variety of different exercises each day ,along with all the different classes each day. Thanks so much for the motivation to inspire myself and others. I recommend this place, plus the music is high vibing, energy here is insane.. what ever doesn't kill you makes you stronger..

F45 has been one of the best experiences in my fitness career! I was always stubborn about doing things on my own for the longest time. Then after a month of F45, the results were coming in hot! When you finally reach that milestone of 100 classes, it feels great! You WILL notice results sooner than you think!

The class starts with a demo of each exercise, the number of stations, the number and timing of each set, and the flow of the room. Afterwards, you go into a dynamic stretch warmup for about 2-3 minutes. Then it’s go time! You’ll have several tv screens with interactive demonstrations of the exercises + timing + sets.

Don’t be overwhelmed about jumping from station to station and getting the timing right. I’ve been going for months and STILL mess up and forget. Sometimes you have another person doing as exercise with you (depending on the size of the class), so it helps keep your focus.

Use the coaches as resources too. They’re all very knowledgeable and supportive. If you have injuries or weak muscles you want to strengthen, the coaches will help create an alternative for you.

I joined F45 a month ago after researching a few gyms in the area. I haven’t worked out consistently in 2 years. Juggling a toddler, a demanding work schedule and +40 age I had specific criteria. I wanted more strength vs running on a treadmill, motivating workout, coaches that could work around my old knees and a welcoming environment. F45: Hit.The.Mark. Lara at the front desk is so helpful. And I especially love Coach Lindsay and Coach Travis. I only make it in 2x a week because of my schedule, but even with that I am already seeing results. I was so concerned that my knee was going to set me back, but with the coaches modifications I’ve had no issues. It does take a little to get the hang of the fast paced warm up and the stations. Give it time and ask for help from the coaches. The only con for me is the schedule options. I could really use 530a class or at worst a 730p class to make it in more often. I’m hoping as the gym grows they will add more time time slots. Other than my crazy scheduling needs - the coaches and class format is freaking awesome!

Love training at F45. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I have done tons of workout classes across multiple brands and F45 stands out. Classes are good for all levels and there are always modifications. Team is great and look forward to my next visit.

I used to go to orange theory in west palm beach and I never saw any results. So I gave F45 a try and I’ve been going for over a year now and my results are amazing. I look and feel so good. Very toned and the workouts are absolutely amazing. They’re all great coaches but my favorite coach is Anna! Also Lara she works at the front desk she is absolutely amazing as well!

All of the coaches and very fun, energetic, knowledgable, and kind. Josh is always making jokes and keeping the vibes high. Cassie is super chill and down to Earth to chat with. 10 out of 10 would recommend this gym to anyone- the staff is amazing!!

I am very new to structured workouts, and was not sure what to expect. I went in very skeptical. However, within the first five minutes I knew I belonged.

The F45 concept is somewhere between CrossFit and a "regular" gym experience. For me, it is the combination that I needed. The experience as a whole is exactly that, an experience. From the music, to the absolutely incredible trainers to how the workout is formated, I couldn't ask for more. With regard to the trainers specifically, they provide personal attention and motivation but are not on top of you, which for me is the perfect mix.

Coming from a Military and Public Service background, a sense of community in like minded individuals is very important to me. As soon as you walk in the door, look to your left, then once in look at the wall above the studio entrance, you will see exactly what I am talking about.

This particular location is beautifully done with a huge, open workout space, as well as modern private bathrooms complete with custom showers.

Workouts are not meant to be easy, and you definitely get your money's worth here!

I visited here from out of town. The coaches were so friendly and helpful. Even being from out of town , they treated me so well and helped me with modifications and my form. I would recommend this F45!

This place has been a great find for me. Its probably the best I've felt in a long time. I have received quick results and the programming and facility is excellent. I felt very welcome there from the first day. There is a great energy in the gym. As a part time baseball coach, its great to get that push from someone else on a regular basis. Chris, Josh, Riley, and crew are great at what they do and really helped me get acclimated to their innovative approach to working out. I definitely recommend F45, but especially here in Downtown Palm Beach. They do an amazing job at this location!

Excellent experience. Receptionist was very helpful. Clean workout area and plenty of space. Monitor for exercise routine. Cool feature the heart Monitor is connected to your phone for results at the end of the work out. With these results you can discuss how you can improve with the class instructor. Excellent.

I’ve been bouncing around to different F45 locations while on an extended vacation and this is by FAR the absolute best F45 studio I’ve ever been to! The studio itself is massive for an F45, it has awesome AC, several huge fans and it has a separate area with lockers, 4 full modern bathrooms with showers, and a separate room for storage, so all the equipment isn’t all stuffed in a small space like at some studios. The trainers are all fantastic and so welcoming. My husband and I felt so welcomed the moment we walked into the studio. Highly recommend checking out this location! I’ll definitely come back any time I’m in the area, it will actually have a lot of pull over where I stay next time I visit South Florida!

F45 West Palm is one of the nicest F45 studios I have been to! They keep it super clean and the coaches know how to ramp up the energy!! The other members really feel like family. Everyone is welcoming and I love that the staff goes out of their way to remember each person’s name!

high energy explosive cardio, challenging strength training with outstanding trainers. All of the trainers are engaged in your technique along with constructive instruction. Those characteristics separate F45 from the other gyms. Lindsay is a rockstar trainer. It took 1 trial session with her energy, input, and humor which sold me. Forget coffee......F45. Highly recommended. Noticable results

Great environment to workout in! The workouts are high-quality and the coaches are fun and motivating. The studio is very clean. All the workouts are HIIT style and what I like is that you never do the same workout twice here! They're constantly changing the workout structures and exercises which keeps you from ever getting bored! If you compare the price to another gym, then it will seem expensive, but it is more appropriate to compare it to personal training because there is always a certified personal trainer or 2 guiding you through the class. That's not something you get at a regular gym.

One of the best F45 experiences I’ve had. Lindsay is the best coach I’ve had at any F45, same goes for Sam the owner, Laura at front desk, and Cam. Great facility, even better people 💪🏼🔥 makes me wanna move there!

F45 West Palm is amazing. It’s a great environment to workout. The coaches are all great, energetic and they motivate you throughout the whole class. I love the class structure (cardio, strength and hybrids) and knowing that once I get to class the whole workout will be set up, explained and ready for us to do. Joining this gym has been an amazing experience💪🏼

Great experience! I was looking for a fitness experience that blended the benefits of group fitness and personal training and also one that would bridge the gap between other fitness options out there (big box gyms, Cross Fit, etc.) They have done just this in their team training experience. It's the best of both worlds for both beginners and the advanced, as we train side by side and are encouraged and motivated by a great team of trainers, great music, and each other. Any exercise can be modified, and the trainers are more than willing to meet you where you are at to ensure you get the benefit of the 45 minute workout, regardless of your fitness level, and in a zero-ego environment. The friendly, goal-driven, and fun community they have created is really great!
