I had to go in for a minor repair on a bracelet for my mother and the young man who helped me was very kind. Did it in a matter of minutes and didn’t charge me. JC Martin jewelers have always been very knowledgeable and fair and I would highly recommend them. Not to mention they have some beautiful pieces in there.

My fiancé used Martin’s to make a custom engagement ring and I’m so impressed. He said it was so easy and the ring is PERFECT. Also, resizing was super easy and quick — literally done within an hour!

Beyond satisfied with JC Martin jewelers, my husband picked them to design my engagement ring and also our wedding rings, they came out GORGEOUS, will use them from now on as our regular jeweler!

II've been there at least three times to have my watches sized, chain fix and put a battery in my watch. Every time I go, the service is phenomenal and the job is well done. I'll be taking three of my watches back there to be sized. I won't go anywhere else to get service done on my jewelry. The price for repairs and time its done in is awesome. Great job!

Whether it’s something out of the case or a custom made piece they are there for you! And they’re jewelers unbelievable! They made a custom ring for me that other jewelry stores wanted quadruple the amount to make! They are amazing I highly recommend them!

Andy worked with my husband to design multiple pieces including my wedding band and engagement ring. All the staff is kind and eager to answer any questions. I have always received excellent communication and quick service when getting my pieces cleaned and inspected.

Wonderful customer service! I went in to have my daughter's necklace repaired. They had it fixed in under 15 minutes!! From my observations while there, they listened patiently to what their customer's needs are and addressed them accordingly. Top notch service without being pushy!

The BEST Jewelry store!! quality,beautiful selection of high end diamonds as well as beautiful,reasonable less expensive pieces.The staff are very talented with repairs and Ideas ,I brought a pair of gold earrings that I was tired of and it was suggested I put diamonds inserted into them .the diamonds were from a pair of small hoops that I tired of as well,They came out beautiful,look very expensive and the sales staff are not pushy or aggressive.

I love the Bertolucci diamond watch I got from JCM. I get compliments on it all the time and the price was incredible. Andy designed my platinum eternity band and it compliments my solitaire perfectly. I highly recommend JC Martin Jewelers, they are the best!
