Very easy and effortless transaction on the sale of our condo. They always answered the phone, and were quick to address any questions, and followed through on everything. We are very satisfied !

Three Strikes - "You're Out!"
1) Misplaced insurance check.
2) Check made out incorrectly.
3) Misidentification of Parcel ID Number on Deed.
I've bought and sold a LOT of properties in my day, but never had issues with multiple errors from the Title company. As a result, I have spent many extra hours trying to reconcile the errors, and these errors have caused me additional money (delays) in attorney's fees.
Seems to me that when an error is identified, it would be the Title company's best interest to get back to the customer (me) quickly with a resolution, but I've been the one to push things along to get answers. And, or course, never an apology for the errors.
Cannot recommend.
