I must say they do have very excellent customer service. The young man I spoke to over the phone emailed us and texted us all the photos and information we needed in a timely manner. My nephew and his father visited the dealership and met with Jonathan. The rest is history they even allowed them to bring a on site mechanic and the mercedes passed every inspection on the computer.
