Unfortunately I am selling my house with a pool this month, but I wanted to leave a great review for my friends at Florida Pools before I retire from pool ownership.
My final fix I attempted on my pool was a replacement of the sand filter lid. Well it did not go well and a pipe broke inside the lid which required some re-plumbing. A Florida Pool tech made it out within a couple days and not only fixed the lid, but somehow removed the broken pipe from inside the lid. This helped reduce my cost of repair. 👏
They also installed a new liner and pool cover, and salt water unit over the past couple years and have always done a great job and given good advice.
Highly recommend this team.

Covid made many of the companies short staffed but Florida pool is getting better by the year. This year I had an amazing service and response ! Lindsey was a plus and of course with Jeff and Suzanne on top of things ,

The Florida Pool and Spa team are professional, efficient, HONEST, and friendly. We’re first time pool owners, and have lots of questions. We switched openings and closings from our pool builder as we were looking for a knowledgeable company with strong communication, we found these characteristics is Florida Pool and Spa.

Being a newer pool owner, Florida Pool has now opened and closed my pool. They are great to work with. All the staff are friendly and willing to help with any questions this newbie has! I looked forward to having them out in the spring to open my pool back up!

I have switched to Florida Pool & Spa and have been so pleased with the service. It’s been 3 years since becoming a customer, and I have converted to salt water, which is a big plus, no more messing with chlorine tabs, and salt conversion has made a tremendous difference for my skin, hair and swim suits! I’ve also had a variable speed pump installed, which is much more efficient and economical, all done professionally from Florida Pool & Spa. Florida Pool and Spa also opens and closes my pool each year, stores my pool cover and are the greatest people to deal with! The professionalism and quality of work by this company sets them above the rest in this industry. There’s options to choose from in St. Louis but truth be told, there’s hardly a competition. From the friendly office personnel such as Danielle and Jeff to their knowledgeable service technicians like Brian and Brandon, they always make it a point to provide the best options and solutions to any problems I’ve had. They care for my pool on a weekly basis and treat it as they would their own. Would and do highly recommend this company!!!

We received multiple bids for a new in-ground pool lining. Florida pools provided the best price and options. Jeff and his entire staff was great to work with, all very friendly and professional. They clearly explained the process and provided recommendations when asked. They even saved us substantial money by recommending a method to paint the coping instead of replacing it.

My pump skimmer was not filling and my filter was running at 25,000 psi. I tried to trouble shoot thinking it was a leak or a clog. I'm not the most experienced and was unable to resolve the situation. I called Florida pools and they had someone out in a few days and the problem was fixed within an hour ( it was a clog located above the salt cell). Thank you, Florida Pools!

Did a great job opening our pool and getting it clean.had a lot of algae. I am a 30 year customer.

The pool opening was indeed scheduled mid-April. As a preemptive measure, we went prior to the opening to clean debris off the cover, which took two hours. The opening and subsequent cleaning sessions amounted to over 5 hours of labor, cleaning and storing the cover, chemicals and chlorine tabs. All of which were billed in accordance to rates clearly expressed prior to scheduling. Per the customers’ suggestion, a debit card was left on file and was to be charged in incremental payments so as to avoid delays in service. After several failed attempts to collect such payments, and lack of returned communications, service was stopped and customer was notified. Four days prior to customer’s planned party, we were notified that the payment would then go through. A crew was scheduled to attempt clean up prior to the weekend. However, after demanding and unrealistic expectations were imposed, combined with lack of customer participation and assistance, it was determined that both parties would be best served if the professional relationship was terminated. It is our standard practice to provide the utmost professional service to our customers, and we feel that in the history with this customer, we did just that.

Florida Pool & Spa has been servicing, opening and closing our pool for 5+ years. Prompt, Professional, Quality service. Excited for them to come open our pool this spring it always looks amazing!

Jeff did a great job replacing the circulating pump on my Hotsprings hot tub. Their customer service is wonderful too! I will definitely use them again!

FL Pool and Spa opens and closes my pool every year - they have also replaced my pool liner. They are always professional and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

The crew that came out was very nice both at opening and closing. It was the same guys so it shows that they take care of their employees. Danielle in the office is very nice!
