From the moment I walked in everyone was pleasant. I never had an experience at the dentist like that before. From the front desk to the dental assistant and then to the dentist. Not only did Dr Ally make me feel as comfortable as possible, it was the first time in 53 years that my tooth or teeth weren't ripped out of my mouth. She was gentle and very professional. I can't even believe I'm saying this but I actually can't wait to go back.Thank you everyone at Primary Care Clinic

I was in the dental department of HCD and I was greeted by the receptionist by the name of (Nerlande Altine)she was amazing greeting me with a smile when I came in the building help me sign in made feel at home I love it and her warm vibration thank you

First and second COVID shots went so smooth. The online sign up was easy, the day of the shot went without a hitch both times. Really pleasant experience overall. The staff were lovely, helpful, and patient.

Tiffany was very nice and kind to me. Dr. Delvis Santana was exceptional. She listened to all my questions and answered them. She was very compassionate and examined me gentle. These is a good Clinic to go to.👍

Kudos! First, the on the ground team at the Delray Civic Center on Saturday, 4/3 - GREAT JOB & GREAT EXPERIENCE - you made it happen! Second, the organization at the facility was amazingly efficient. I didn't expect that. Thank you!

I had both my covid Moderna vaccines administered at the South Florida fairgrounds and it was very organized, from the parking lot to the vaccine, wait time was minimum and staff was courteous and professional, they could not have made it any easier

Lantana clinic is the best ,first let me start with the registration ,Sheila was very helpful and nice i watched her helping Ava with traslation and the other girl too ,my mom had another provider sheila help my mom changing pcp and she’s very patient and also she speaks spanich is a plus …of course i will be back

Great place. Friendly and VERY HARD WORKING, COMPASSIONATE EMPLOYEES. It’s amazing to me that it’s mostly the LOSERS/SNOOZERS/USERS or outright GOV’T WELFARE ABUSERS that get “free” services from this agency that are the OVERWHELMING majority of complainers. If somebody else is paying for YOU to get “FREE” HEALTH CARE SERVICES (**that are not really free), JUST BE PATIENT, CONSIDERATE & UNDERSTANDING. If you absolutely MUST COMPLAIN, try complaining to yourself for not working hard enough in life to be able to afford better health care... NO EXCUSES PLEASE.
NOTHING IN LIFE IS FREE... SOMEBODY, SOMEWHERE IS PAYING FOR IT! Stay Safe & Stay WELL.

RE: Covid shot

Got my first shot today. I scheduled on Saturday using the new online platform. From scheduling to receiving my immunization today ...everything went smoothly.

I had to go to the South Florida Fairgrounds for my appointment. I received emails and text confirmations prior to my appointment. Once I arrived all the workers from the parking lot, to the line attendants, to the fire fighter who administered my injection were very professional and organized.

Terrible service especially from Cindy on the phone if that’s her name. Then when I went in they kept trying to send ppl home without seeing the dentist. Very little awareness of people pain and suffering and time. Go to port st Lucy. Avoid this employer’s on 45th street who lack ppl skills .

There you see a primary who does not care about anything but what they want you to do. You will get no care for any ailments after waiting 3 months to see a doctor. Whatever problems I had was outsourced to a specialists. When I tried to get an appointment with the multiple specialists I had to see, they would not see me because I needed approval codes on the referral sheets. I'm sure you can imagine what happened when I tried to get a hold of someone at the health care district to get the referral codes. It was impossible to reach anyone by phone. I had to wait 3 months for another appointment in order to try to straighten out the first mishaps. Then the cycle started all over again. And yes the exact same thing happened again

I just recently got approved for coverage by the Health Care District. Although I knew that it was the bare minimum of medical care I didn't realize how bad it was until I tried to get a referral for a specialist. First, the specialist insisted that his name had to be on the referral, not just the practice. Then the diagnosis was wrong. After the diagnosis was corrected, the ICD code was wrong. Its been almost six weeks since I started trying to see this specialist and I've still not seen him and I'm in constant pain. I've been to the Emergency Rooms of two local hospitals just to get some temporary relief. I don't work at the specialist office or at the Health Care District. Aren't these suppose to be people that work together and know what the procedures are?????!!!!????*~@*^%

HORRIBLE place! IF you're interested in getting a job in IT - stay away, stay far far away!! Place is a dump being run by amateur at best IT Director Cindy Y. and pathetic IT workers. If you're dumb and just a yes ma'me, no ma'me person - this is the perfect place for you. You will thrive! If you have a brain and question different things, you will be frowned on. Their motto is compassion but they aren't compassionate in the least bit. My suggestion - Get rid of the camera hungry CEO and the rest of the jokes down the line. Start fresh because this place has promise but they're heading nowhere fast with the current leadership
