hello ,
I’m new to the area and had to been seen today and did not have a local doctor , I was referred here and could not have been more pleased and made at ease since I was nervous to start out with . Jess B was hugely helpful and really assisted me with all my questions and was extremely accommodating to me . Then I met Mitchell at the front desk who was super friendly and helpful and took the time to help me with all my paper work . Then I met Alex the medical assistant who was very sweet and helpful , then I met Brianna the PA who was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and was very reassuring that I would be ok and made me feel safe and at ease. I felt very confident with coming here and will def be back again if I need medical assistance.

To say I absolutely LOVE Dr Maclaren & Brenda is an understatement. After an unfortunate mishap with Dr of 13yrs, I tried Dr Maclaren - I wish I had listened to Brenda earlier! He is truly THE BEST OF THE BEST! Minimal pain after surgery and PT told me to slow down today (1 wk post op).

I really want to say I love Dr Murillo. He’s a very good listener who takes his patients concerns seriously. I’m new to the office but everyone is always so helpful and sweet. Thumbs up guys your all doing great 👍

Receptionist Diana very professional and helpful. Jenna is very professional and caring. Dr. Jose Murillo was one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. Thorough, knowledgeable, caring and kind. I’m so glad I went to this office. I’d highly recommend.

Love the doctors and staff especially my primary Dr Jon Campitelli. Very kind, insightful, listens, and cares about your overall well-being. The staff up front are conscientious and have improved greatly. After 10 years my health has improved immensely and I'm given the freedom to be my own advocate and make choices about my own health care as long as the Dr approves. A few times the urgent care team gave me excellent treatment that saved my life. I have Sadhara's extension and she will always take care of my refills to the pharmacy and give me my diabetic supplies for many years now. Being that I have special needs, they keep my medical records and help me with anything I need. I want to thank all of them at Total MD.

I went in for my yearly physical and results of my blood work. Carolyn Cohill, my Med Tech was OUTSTANDING!!!! She was quick, thorough, right to the point and had expert analysis. I am going on 75. The results were positive. But she noticed the beginning stages of hypertension. Knew exactly what to prescribe. It worked like a Godsend! I slept like a baby that night and my stress is gone. I feel relaxed and ready to rock and roll at age 74. Thanks Carolyn!!! I wish I could give you 100 stars! Folks try and book this lady. She knows her stuff!

The doctors, nurses, and staff are amazing. This facility has always been my first choice for urgent care needs. Last month, I rushed my 11 year old son to urgent care but I had my 2 youngest children with me. The front desk staff were amazing. Erica took the youngest two and entertained them while I focused on my oldest. The male nurse was very knowledgeable about what my son was going through and the other nurses were very helpful in getting my son back to great health. I am so appreciative of you all because each of you stepped in with no hesitation from the people outside checking us in to the doctor assuring us that he will be fine. Thank you again 💕

Excellent care!! Saw Dr Campitelli for my annual physical, he is caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have complete confidence in him. The staff was great I’ve been notified of all my results for x-ray, mammogram, bone density and labs. I highly recommend this office!!

I have been very impressed every time I visit the total MD office located on Okeechobee Boulevard. The office staff at the front desk always greet me and are very friendly and professional. I normally have a very short waiting period before I am called in to see the doctor.
For years now I have been with Deborah Foley and she The best health professional I have ever experienced. Deborah is a very caring individual who always spends the time needed to be very thorough with any problem that I have.
I am extremely pleased with the excellent Service I receive at Total MD on Okeechobee Boulevard and highly recommend This office to anyone in need of medical care.

Total Md is a great reliable place for your medical needs , they have great MD’s, NP’s, & PA’s ! My personal favorite is Brittny Boney & her assistant ☺ They’re both very helpful ! She’s very caring & thoughtful when it comes to her urgent care patients or patients in general ! I would 10/10 recommend Total Md to anyone who’s looking for the best of both worlds .. family practice/urgent care. All the staff are amazing 💕

I am a patient there for almost 17 years. They are the best medical providers I have. They listen to your concerns and they give you satisfactory time when you visit them. They treat you as a person not a number. I feel like I am a part of the family. I was in an accident and I was treated by the medical staff, the chiropractic staff, and the physical therapy staff. They are JUST AWESOME!. As a customer, I feel that I come first. I feel that they do what is best for me. They work with me in every way possible to make me comfortable. I totally recommend Total MD to anyone in need of medical or therapeutic services. You cannot ask for anything better. They will provide the best service. It is a pleasure for me to give Total MD my personal recommendation. TOTAL MD ROCKS!

I generally don’t write reviews; however, after the recent care I received at Total Md I felt compelled to. It’s difficult finding a new provider especially when you’re from out of town. I did some research and decided on TotalMD.
The front staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. Ms Cohill, my Practitioner, really took the time to address my needs. She listened to what I had to say and was very thorough . I am happy with choosing Total Md for my healthcare, as shopping for a new provider can be daunting. Overall, I had a great experience as a new patient; and definitely would recommend Ms Cohill .

Debbie Foley is such an asset to your team! I just had my physical and it was the most thorough and un-rushed appointment I've ever had. Every question I had was answered and had all the scripts I needed to continue my good health. I've even referred my friends to her and heard the same great things....you're awesome Debbie! The front desk ladies are awesome as well - never wait long and always courteous. Wonderful practice as a whole!

I had a difficult and time sensitive situation to deal with and this location went above and beyond to assist me. Tristian was an angel and put up with my stress and was kind, caring, and accommodating! Vi was also very helpful! Thanks for being nice during a stressful time. It doesn't often happen these days so I wanted to say THANK YOU!

Review: 5/2/2022 Dr. Campos moved out of town so I was seeing another Dr at the family practice. Dr. Jon R. Campitelli, DO.
A young, knowledgeable and professional Doctor. His nurse, Trish, was wonderful with the preliminaries. I felt as though they cared and acknowledged my 3 years of medical history with Dr. Campos in the same office.
Dr Jon reviewed my labs with me in detail and we discussed my health concerns and issues. I did not feel rushed at all. I felt that he listened and worked on a plan for my next steps to see the cause of my issues. I feel comfortable going forward with my healthcare with Dr. Jon Campitelli.

I just had a great experience having to go to see a Dr for. UTI.. I chose this Total MD because of their good reputation and close proximity to my home even though they aren’t my primary. I chose to pay full price. From my initial call for information to my arrival process I was treated with respect and like a VIP. Truly professional and adhering to CDC guidelines. It is welcoming, spotless and a beautiful atmosphere. I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member who informed me that they accept my insurance if I change my primary care to them. I filled out all the paperwork and had a very short wait time to be called to an examination room. I was seen by Brittny Boney, PA and she was absolutely wonderful. Very thorough.. This was my first experience at a Drs office in South Florida since I moved here 2 years ago and I am very pleased. Just based on my experience and several of my colleagues I highly recommend Total MD Family Medicine.

Don't normally post reviews but I had such a great experience. The office staff from the person who made the apt to when I arrived for my apt were very friendly and professional. They took time to listen and explain everything. Thank you Total MD I will be back

Saw the urgent care provider who was professional, polite, and very understanding of my condition, the front desk girls and entire staff were friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend total MD to you and your family!!!!

I recently started seeing NP Carolyn Cohill, she is FANTASTIC!!! She took her time and addressed each of my concerns with knowledge and ease. Most importantly she listened and made me feel comfortable.

I've been seeing Dr. Jon Campitelli since September 2016. He is very kind and makes me feel at ease. He provides great care and the most complete physical exam I have ever had. He takes time to answer any questions and address any concerns. It is very convenient to be able to have x-rays and blood work done at this facility without having to go to an outside lab. The office if always well staffed and friendly. I am extremely happy I chose this office to be my primary care provider!

Most people write a review when something doesn’t go their way. If you are happy then you do not take the time to say it because you are happy. I have worked in the medical field for over 16 years now and I have to say. I was impressed and this doesn’t happen often. I had a car accident and the front office was so caring and profesional !The doctor who saw me, actually was compassionate, the chiropractor staff was super sweet and caring. And the chiropractor Dr. McQueen is an angel ! Magic hands and super sweet and relatable personality. Dayana and Toni at the front desk are exceptional ! I would take them to work with me in a heart beat ! The lady at the chiro desk with the short hair that does my treatments, is an angel ! The lady that sits next to her with black hair and blue eyes is super sweet. All of the people i encountered treated me with compasión and professionalism. After you have an accident, this is what you want to see. And is sad to say that most places do not act this way but this place was clean, fast, profesional and always kind to me. Not one person I encountered treated me bad. Great experience. Keep doing what you are doing ! Some people do not realize that some of us health care workers actually showed up during this difficult times while others just sit at home and complain about everything.
