Orlando Pharmacy

Orlando Pharmacy has been integral in helping me access my medications. They are the only local pharmacy that carries my prescription and they go above and beyond to consistently refill. Jenny has been especially helpful in answering all of my questions and coordinating my refills. Shout out to Craig and Courtney too! I love that they know me by name and it’s always a quick, easy, and comfortable experience. I trust them completely with my care. Highly recommend.

Best compounding pharmacy and regular pharmacy that I have found. They answer the phone quickly and shipped my order to me the next day—very easy. They explained everything to me. I highly recommend them.

First off, The Best Pharmacy in Central Florida. It's like the old sitcom Cheers, "Where everybody knows your name" I have NEVER gone in and not been greeted by name and asked how myself and my family members were doing by either Jenny or Craig...try that at Publix/Walgreens..etc, and see how well it goes. They barely speak to you period, and always in a bad mood it seems. Craig, Myself, my 3 ribs and L-1 vertebra all wanted to personally thank you again for a stress free and hassle free experience on 1-2-24...as always my friend. You guys are just simply the best. I personally think you need to work Jen a lot harder, she's had way too much free time when I've been in recently, maybe just make her count random pills. :) Thanks again you two.

Best. Pharmacy. Ever! They are so kind, efficient, and helpful. For as long as I live in this part of town I will avoid typical drugstores…. It doesn’t get any better than this team.

Craig, Jenny and the whole staff were welcoming, helpful and transparent from my first interaction with them. Unlike the chain pharmacies, they treat you like a human and not just a number. They've gained a long-term customer in me and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pharmacy in the Orlando area!

I have been searching everywhere for a place to get the second dose of the COVID vaccine since so many pharmacies only have the booster shots now. I finally found this little pharmacy here in Orlando and the staff was great. The receptionist was very welcoming to my wife and I, the pharmacist answered all our questions, and the person who administered the vaccine was fast and efficient. The whole process was fast and easy. I recommend this place to everyone.

Best Mom & Pop type of pharmacy in Orlando! It’s such a better experience than having to wait in line at Walgreens or one of the other big chain pharmacies where you are just a number. Craig & his staff are awesome! They know you by name! It makes getting your medications a great experience!!!

From the time I spoke to Parker on the phone about the Novavax vaccine and me going in for it, what a pleasant experience! He is so kind and just a pleasure to speak to. The pharmacy is small but inviting, and it feels personable because of the people who work there. They really do take care of their customers and go out of their way to help with anything. I was referred to Orlando Pharmacy by a colleague, both of us looking for a specific COVID vaccine. Expecting an experience common among pharmacies, and to many service industries (namely, a "herd mentality" where a customer is a number), I had the opposite experience at OP. From the first phone call inquiring about services, Craig (owner/pharmacist) was friendly, communicative, present, helpful and took ample time to answer questions. The pharmacy itself is the opposite of the big box pharmacies with groceries and aisles of toys and phone accessories. It presents like a friendly small-town pharmacy, manageable in scope and, when paired with Craig's welcoming demeanor and invitational nature, customers feel like they are truly being cared for, that their unique needs matter, and that attention will be given without being rushed. I'll be transferring my prescription requests to OP and enjoying the satisfaction that comes with supporting local small businesses.

Great small community pharmacy. Friendly pharmacists (Jenny, Craig, Ginelle...) who really care. They will stop everything to go out if their way to help you in any way they can, and give you any extra information you may need. I've been going here for twenty plus years, and will be a customer for life. Great full service pharmacy, including many over the counter items you will not find anywhere else. Their prices are fair, the service provided is top notch. I've enjoyed getting to know my pharmacy team over the years. I can honestly consider them friends. Great people, who really do care. I highly recommend this pharmacy, as they go above and beyond for everyone that comes through the door. The level of care they give is what sets them apart. A+ rated, 5 stars, without hesitation.

I have been coming to Orlando Pharmacy for at least 15 years now. The experience is like no other pharmacy around. Jenny, Craig and the rest of the team make you feel like family. I drive 20 miles each way to come to Orlando Pharmacy for all of my prescriptions and would drive much further if I had to. I would recommend Orlando Pharmacy to anyone seeking this type of service. They are, hands down, THE BEST!!

The staff at the Orlando Pharmacy know me by name the moment I walk in and are so personable. Jenny is fantastic! Parker was the one to do the PCR test for my wife. He was very thorough in explaining how it works and was able to give my wife her results the same day. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their medical needs, especially with reasonable prices compared to other pharmacies.
