CrossFit 1401

Tried out 3 drop in classes at 1401 CrossFit for the very first time. I had a fantastic experience! Great service with all my questions via Instagram prior to my arrival and once arrived felt welcomed.
Huge workout space lots of equipment extremely clean facility. Coach (Memo) was very good at explaining technique and modifications when I needed. Felt supported and learned some helpful tips for double unders and back squats. I recommend this gym whole heartedly. The members were also very kind and when I visit back, I will be dropping in again.

1401 has a great vibe where everyone feels welcome to come and work hard to achieve their own fitness goals. Management is always present and making constant improvements to the gym and the coaches are amazing. Without a doubt the best gym in WPB. Even if you’ve never done Crossfit before (like me when I joined) you need to check 1401 out.

Favorite gym of all time!!! Coaches, classes and vibes = 5 stars.. if you’re looking for a challenging workout and to be apart of a positive, fun community, look no further! This is the gym ;)

The gym is well equipped. It has everything you need for CrossFit training and more.
The trainers are well qualified and helpful.

My husband and I were visiting the town just for the weekend from Philadelphia and wanted to workout at local CrossFit gym. What a great experience we had!! The gym facility , the atmosphere and the members .. all made our experience so special. Above all, Andrew, the coach, was so welcoming, encouraging and professional, attentive to everyone in every levels. Proper Warm up and cool down were definitely a big deal here and we loved it. Thank you!

My favorite Crossfit in WPB! I love the positive atmosphere, upbeat vibes, and the super friendly management and staff who are always encouraging! Love that besides Crossfit classes they also offer bootcamp style classes, personal training and personalized gymnastics training to learn specific skills. Beginners are just as welcome as competitors and they really take care of their community! I appreciate the option for pop-in classes as well. Love this place!

I have been a part of this community for about 4 years! Can't speak more highly of the coaches and their dedication to your personal fitness goals. They genuinely care about each athlete and helping you improve daily. The community helps create an encouraging and challenging environment. I would recommend 1401 to any person at any fitness level!

I’ve been a member since February and I just want to tell you that I love it here. Everyone is so nice and positive!! Thanks to the wonderful trainers I was able to lose 20 pounds! Signing up was one of the best decision I made this year!!

Very welcoming environment. The coaches are amazing, very personable and very educated! The gym is big with lots of equipment and even the members are friendly and inviting. I especially love the location, so close to downtown yet not in the midst of the madness.

Can't say enough good things about this place! They've got a top notch facility convenient to downtown West Palm Beach and experienced and diligent coaches. The atmosphere is super welcoming. Members are really friendly. I pass several other CrossFit boxes to get to CF 1401 and drive quite a few miles in doing so. It's worth it. Fantastic gym!

Dropped in for a day and was welcomed with open arms. As a box owner myself, coming into a box that makes you feel welcome is always nice. The gym is big and has all the toys. Whether you're dropping in or looking for a CrossFit gym, this place is the spot. Great coaching, pumped up atmosphere, solid equipment and an OUTDOOR SHOWER on those hot days! I've known about CrossFit 1041 for years and heard nothing but good things. My boyfriend convinced me to finally try it out myself last month, and I have been hooked! It is a completely scalable workout with trainers who know what they are doing (shoutout to Becca and Andrew!), and can help you achieve your personal fitness goals. The facilities are great, the pricing is reasonable for what others are charing locally and what it includes, and the other people are some of the nicest I've ever met in the gym setting. Go give it a try and see what you think--first class is free!

Amazing experience! I dropped in while in town for work and the crew did an incredible job making me feel welcome and the process seamless. The owners were quick to communicate with me, get me set up with a waiver, and let know what to expect when I showed up.

The class went through a thorough warmup and the coach broke down the movements in a digestable, yet challenging way. I've been doing Crossfit for four years but it was so good to revisit the basics of the squat. I learned some great things that I'll take home with me and got a challenging workout. The coach also looked out to make sure I understood what was going on and where things were.

If I lived in town this would be the gym I'd join. Whether you're new or experienced, they are able to meet you where you're at.

Great facility with amazing programs for athletes of all skill levels. All of the coaches are awesome and push you to get better on a daily basis. I tried many different crossfit gyms before coming to Crossfit 1401 and none of the others compare. It is great to be a part of such a great community.

Awesome place for all levels of fitness. They have great class structure and plenty of equipment to go around. The coaches are alway trying to make you better and push you to the max. Best of all, are the friendly faces that make up the best crossfit coummunity in wpb !

I've been to many crossfit's and this is by far the best one I've had the pleasure of attending. The facility is CLEAN, the people are great and most importantly, the coaches are spot on and very in tune to individual needs.

A lot of people I've spoken to don't join crossfit because they are intimidated of crossfit's reputation, but Crossfit isn't just a place to get in shape; I've met some of my best friends there and could not be more pleased with the overall experience.
