The whole team is attentive and helpful. We had been looking at cars for the entire day and everything was junk (looking at large dealerships...trying not to get hustled). Stopped in right at closing and Skip was welcoming and answered all of our questions.

I came back the next day to purchase. Mary made the whole process incredibly smooth and pain-free. They have great prices and take pride in helping people find a reliable vehicle.

My friend and Mom are now keeping an eye out on their inventory and are excited to work with them.

My wife and I met with Edwin looking at a specific car and he was very thorough in his explanation and patiently listened to our concerns. Concerns about buying a used car, a Mercedes, and us having not the most knowledge of those things. We converse aided back-and-forth prior to us going via instant messenger and he always answered my questions promptly. We bought the car, got a great deal, The car is beautiful and well-maintained, and my wife and I are very happy with the purchase and Edwin‘s help in the decision making process. I hope that I remember a few months from now to post another thank you after time has gone by.

The car buying experience has been nothing but stressful, but the the team at Used Autos of Orlando actually made it almost fun. Their Facebook Marketplace got hacked and someone posted thousands of cars at ridiculously low prices. So low it was obvious that something was incorrect. I happened to be in their area and stopped by to see if the prices were true? The Woman at the front desk was so kind and polite. She explained the situation and offered an apology. While I was there I looked around at what they had and the salesman were very helpful and indeed they had some good cars for a good price. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

So far so good. Nick was very friendly and helpful. I feel like I got a great vehicle at a very fair price!

I am so thankful I came to this place. Brian received a call from me before I got there because I work late and he waited for me to take a look at the lot. This is before we even met without knowing what I was interested in. Then Brian's honesty was very impressive and I knew the car he showed me was just what I need. I had been looking for months a car that is used and in great condition and waisted my time but I sure did learn a whole lot of wrong is happening. Bought my car here. Great friendly service from Skip and Edwan. These guys knew their stuff and had an answer for all my questions. Prices are a tad steep. But the car was checked and worked on before I even test drove it. I would recommend this place.
