If I could give them no stars, I would! I've had nothing but bad experiences with this company. Been a member since 2013 and have only found a couple of "deals" through them- most times we have found better deals on rooms and flights on our own. So there is no value in joining. Although they are happy to take your money, they do not easily give it back once you book a reservation- it doesn't matter if its cancelled due to Covid-19 and beyond your control. Their customer service is poor; one customer service agent will make promises that get negated by another customer service agent the next time you call. One customer agent even called my wife a vulgar name! They are holding on to our money for 60 working days- 12 weeks- before they promise to send us a check with a refund. They refuse to credit our card which, one would think, would be alot easier and faster. An inscrupulous policy that maximizes their interest income from our money. On top of this they are going to charge us a fee! Think twice- or three times!- before you waste your money on this company.
