Driver's license and motor vehicle services

Had an appointment today (2/13, scheduled for 1:30PM, was at desk 20) to get a FL driver’s license based on my German driver’s license. The service officer was very patient, friendly, and helpful. He even looked up the current law with me and heard my point of view (I misunderstood the guidelines and thought I wouldn’t have to take any tests, but in fact, I did have to pass the class E exam). I could immediately take the test, passed, and walked out with my Driver’s License a few minutes later. Thank you for your help!

I arrived on December 27, 2023, for my 9:30 a.m. road setup appointment, and Erik was my instructor. He was a wonderful person, and I am happy for the opportunity to have tested with him. His instructions and patience resulted in the issuance of my driver's license! I had a bad experience with a former instructor who failed me by two points for unclear directions. Her name is "mimi," and I would not suggest her to anyone because she was impatient and indirect. Erik was incredible, fantastic, and gracious.

All the staff,they always do good job with respect.They are always ready to help you,if you don't understand something.They all are nice and professional .

There is something called customer service and in this place they don't have any idea what it is, especially the two people who are here today, November 08 . He has no idea what customer service is.

I went to ask someone who spoke in Spanish if they could help me, she just motioned to me to wait and then asked what I needed, I started to talk with her but then she just walked away and left me alone, when another official asked if I needed something she just said “she speaks Spanish” implying I don’t matter and I don’t have value as a person, which is a terrible thing, people matter, no matter what language they speak.
