Red Roof Inn Orlando South - Florida Mall

I have to say that Shia made what was a difficult visit more pleasant. She was so nice and gracious to us during our stay. Her customer focused personality ensured that if I have to come back to Orlando, I will definitely stay at this Red Roof Inn.

The room was spacious and clean. All the staff were excellent. I highly recommend staying here. Ask for Shia - she is the best.

For a two star hotel that allows pets at 409 a night after tax what else do u expect? Ac works ice code fridge is code you have a microwave . Me and my son were evicted and this is the best bargain and NO BUGS!!! Most places we checked in had roaches and red roof never fails with better standards not the cleanest rooms but I’m satisfied and btw the hotel staff were very accommodating even when the first rooms ac wasn’t cold enough we were changed and she was super friendly,

Rooms: Clean and everything worked. Nothing special, but included a fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Service: Extra thanks to Gia at check-in! When I mentioned having my dog along, she offered a room near the hotel's fenced dog park and walk which was really convenient.
Location: Easy to get on and off the Turnpike and 528, so about 15-30 minutes from Disney, Universal, the Airport and downtown. Across the street from the largest mall in Florida.

The grounds are very nice and the rooms are well equipped for a long stay… The only thing I did not like is they do not give you enough towels and even if you ask for more they won’t give them to you unless your staying over 3 days which is a little ridiculous. Other then that, quick stays here are great

The front desk clerk Tatiyana was so so so nice and made my experience at the hotel a great one. Next time I visit Orlando I will be staying here.

I really like the style and landscaping of this hotel. It is a great location near the mall, shopping and transportation. The rooms are nice size, cozy, safe and quiet. The front desk staff is awesome. Kadine is especially helpful--good knowledge of property and rooms. She is friendly but professional. Housekeepers do a great job just wish they would leave an envelope with their name on it so I can leave a tip for the correct person who actually cleaned it for me. Thanks to all at Red Roof Inn

I was very hesitant to book the hotel after reading the comments but really the hotel is more than a 2 star, the rooms I had were 132, 211,135,114 I have no complaints, the hotel accepts dogs and they are free, the hotel has a closed space for the dogs to be able to walk a little and do their business, but there are filthy guests who do not pick up the dog's poop and that is not the hotel's fault, the staff, most of them are friendly, some have a bad face but I think it is nature normal, lol, the hotel is clean, I had one that smelled humid but they very kindly changed me, my dogs are happy here since the staff is kind to them, Thank you all and continue to keep the hotel clean and improving it every day

The price is more than listed online but it’s a very clean place and the staff was very helpful. I had an emergency situation and they really helped me a lot. Thank you 💝

Shia, was at the front desk when I checked in on 6/28/23 very very polite, helpful, courteous and extremely respectful. Any question I had she had an answer for and she had no problems helping. Very professional young lady... Room was clean too...zero issues ...period

Red Roof Inn allows two pets in the room. I was happy when I was able to bring two kitties.

Of all the hospitality locations I've visited since arriving in Orlando Florida 3 years ago, the red ♥ roof has been the most pleasant and accommodating! This hotel is so in tune they even allow man's best friend to reside there with their owners! At _$375.00 a week it's doable!

The rooms were clean. The hospitality agents were on point. The location was excellent because I could easily find my way in and out

This place was amazing me and my wife checked in here after our 28 day check out down at the knights Inn which is thier sister hotel also another great location. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are really spacious and clean. This is a great location if you want to get out and do some quick shopping or dining great accommodation area located right next to the Florida mall 😀. Our stay was speechless we got a beautiful jacuzzi hot tub that was well worth the stay 🙂🙃

Staff was very nice. Only had one problem and that was with the key lock not working right off. But they came down and switched it and no problem after staying 3 days. Just wish they have bigger parking. One man staff asked if he could help putting my scooter in the car. We said no but was very nice to ask. Had no bugs or lining problem. And no noise. All was good. Will stay again

Employees are friendly, helpful, and always working. Matt is always on top of his job. The times I've had interact with the office it's usually him on duty and he's always been on top of whatever problem arises.
It's very clean on the grounds and I've been to other motels in the area, this is by far the best.
Thanks to Matt and all this motels hardworking employees, I'd definitely return with my wife and child

We were stranded in Orlando because our car broke down and DaShia let my 4 grandchildren and myself in to the reception area to use the restroom. All the stores nearby were closed. My grandchildren commented on the fact that it was very clean and they felt a certain warmth. My grandchildren and I felt very welcome and she treated all of us with great respect and listened patiently to some stories they wanted to share. She continued answering merge phone and doing other work she had to complete. She asked me if they could have candy which is great respect and I said yes. Once we all used the restroom we thanked her and went back to our car to wait for the tow truck.
After the horrible year we all have had, it was so nice to have a smiling and friendly face welcoming us and talking to all of us. The children were very appreciative of her attitude and consideration. Excellent customer service!

Tucked off the main drag near the exciting intersection of Sand Lake and the OBT, near the amazing Florida Mall and a great variety of restaurants, this small hotel is quite comfortable and has a great staff. The property is about to undergo a renovation, so I can only imagine it will only get better from here. As I write this, I am checking out after staying a week, and I can tell you I am going to miss this bed! Admittedly, it isn't the Ritz, but the customer service you receive here will make you feel like you are at a 4-star guest! The check-in is smooth. Everyone here smiles. These are not the kind of smiles you get from people who are told that it is "company policy" to slap a grin on your chin, if you catch my meaning. No, I'm talking they are smiles that come from within. These folks seem to like working here, and because of that I like staying here. I wish the staff here the very best, and hope to see you again on my journeys...who knows, maybe soon! Happy Thanksgiving.
