I am from the Bahamas and my family and I stay there everytime we visit Miami. Its a nice location for us because everything is so close by. I have NEVER experience anything bad, so far so good and the staff was so professional and friendly. I hope when i come again this year that i experience the same treatment.

I stayed in Hilton suppose to be an upscale 5 star Hotel HAAAAA the staff was horrible but HERE!!!!!!! They treat you like ROYAL!!!!!!! The breakfast buffet rocks.. ALL YOU CAN EAT!!!!!
