I was happy cause I was walking alot and needed some good shoes. The sale rack had a good selection today on my visit.

There was such a sweet young lady that helped me buy my son shoes. They were so busy and she was so patient, kind and I truly appreciated her help. She didn’t rush me and she kept checking on us to make sure that we didn’t need more help. Thank you Caylee you were such a blessing. We will come back to buy more shoes with her!

Not sure the guys name but he works here and has long hair. He was super excited to help us. Kept a good attitude even though my daughter tried on so many different shoes. He wasn't aggravated at all even though I was over it..lol. Good customer skills

I’ve had two back surgeries and I’ve had problems with my left leg and foot ever sense. I went into the store today look for some kind of comfort for my pain. I’ve felt like I’m standing on concrete all day in one place. I was greeted by Perrm. He listened to my situation and we talked about all kinds of solutions. He must have spent a hour with me today going over all the different inserts for shoes that can help comfort my pain. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes for myself and my wife. Along with some air inserts and I’m totally recommending everyone to see him for shoes. Very informative. Clean store and other staff was either helping others or cleaning the store. Very impressed!

My son shoes had to be returned because after one wear they were ripped. When I took him back they did not give me a hard time. They did not have the his size but the order me a pair and ship them to me.

Spencer's is my favorite store in here. The only problem is they don't have a hot topic so its hard to get band merch. But its 5/5 and its layed out pretty well
