Spiros Deli

Really impressed with this place. Little hidden gem has the best gyros I’ve had outside of Greece. And the ones here truly remind me of the ones I’ve had in Greece. This place does a great job with service, the flavor and portions of their food, and keeping the costs reasonable. I ordered for a dinner with my wife and kids and in-laws, everyone was happy. I like to eat a lot and I was pretty content with 2 gyros. Fries and tzatziki were a great addition

Greek family owned business with deep roots. Forty year old community gem. There is a small restaurant on one side and a gourmet and produce market on the other. The Greek salad is a favorite. Spinach pie is also delicious. Everything tastes homemade. You can get 8 oz chicken lemon orzo soup for just $1.99! It’s sour lemony flavor is perfect! The dip trio is like an explosion of flavor in your mouth! Garlicky Tzatziki, hummus and taboulleh all leaving my tongue and lips feeling aflame and satisfied.
The gourmet market has wine, European imports, Boars Head products and prepared Greek food.
Great food marinade sold in the bottle. 40 year old recipe!

Love this place! Nothing fancy just a great deli/market. Their homemade spinach pie is the best. Sandwiches are huge and their produce looks so fresh. The Greek delicacy’s pastito, mousaka looks like homemade goodness ( I will be back to try those) Fast and friendly service. Hidden gem that you must try!

My favorite place for produce. Currently have smaller watermelon for $2.99 and they are naturally red, juicy and sweet. They also have Boars Head deli meat and a wide selection of cheeses,and other cold items along with meals. One stop shopping supporting local community business is a priority in today's times.

Best gyro I've had in years! Loved it and the salad. We will be back to take advantage of the deli, so many products you cannot find elsewhere and good priced wine!

Spiros had an amazing special today: a PHYLLY GYRO!!! Oh, now, you know I HAD to try this. Genius! It was so delicious 😋 😍 The food was cooked to order and came out fast. The Chicken Lemon Orzo Soup was good, too. Oh, and yes, they offer various desserts from HELLAS!!! I chose a Tiramisu. It waa so wonderful, fresh and creamy. The ambiance is okay. Its a small cafe with limited seating and a grocery and goods store next door. Fountain drinks were not working but they offered cold bottled drinks in various flavors. Overall, I had an awesome and truly enjoyable lunch!

OK, first let me say I could drink the Greek salad dressing...I must not be the only one because they sell it by the bottle, lol. The Greek salad is amazing they have two types.. and the sandwiches are big.. They also have a bakery section. I tried cheesecake once it was fresh and well made.

I grew up in north Jersey, so I'm particular about my breakfast sandwiches, especially my bagels. I've tried bagel sandwiches everywhere in St Pete, and the breakfast pita from Spiros is in a class above anywhere else I've tried. By far, best breakfast sandwich/wrap/pita in the area. Next time I get it I'll have to remember to take a photo and upload here before I inhale it.

I went in 1-8-24 for some cabbage rolls to take home. and needless to say I won't be eating there again. I had and allergic reaction to the sauce they Use or the meat inside. My Throat started burning and my lips & tongue felt on fire. The outside of my mouth and lips felt like they were Swollen and it hurt to eat anything. Ice cream made it feel better. Today is Wed. And it's just now where it's getting back to normal feeling. I've had their cabbage rolls before and Never had this reaction. I'm going down Thurs. To talk to the owner. I go in there all the time and get their produce and their yummy Desserts. I just won't eat their food anymore.

We can’t say enough good things about Spiros!! Admittedly we always get the same things because we are addicted but highly recommend the tabouleh, pasta salad, spanakopita, gyros, cannolis, chicken salad, brownies, cookies, bread pudding, greek salads…plus everything in the fresh produce section…and more! Service is fast, very friendly and orders are always accurate.
We are happy to recommend to anyone who likes great food!

Spiros and Pasadena Produce are combined - a great small grocery store with a little bit of almost everything, and excellent prices especially on fresh produce ! Plus the fine dine in or take out meals at Spiros - a convenient combo !+

My pastrami and swiss on rye would make a lot of New York dell's envious. The pastrami was tender and full of flavor. If you want excellent deli sandwiches, Spiros should be your next stop.

Great place to stop for a delicious homemade meal and do a little grocery shopping while you wait. The product y and deli department is so fresh, bountiful and they are always eager to answer questions or help. Don't skip the desert counter.

Not just a cafe. Love the chicken parm sandwich. It's enough food for 2 meals. Prices are great for the amount you get . Wonderful deli, bakery and specialty store to shop while you wait for food. The Pastrys are really good. I've been dropping in here for years.

I have been going to Spiros since the 1980's never had a bad experience ever. The subs and salads are better than any other place.

After 14 years of coming here, it remains my favorite gyro in the world. And I've had gyros in Greece, NYC, LA, etc. And as of the time of writing this, it's $6.99.

I love Spiros and feel so comfortable at the restaurant deli/produce market. A great place to go for one of the best gyros around, which is funny since I live in Tarpon Springs (home of the gyro), but prefer to drive to St. Pete just to go to Spiros. I wish I could say more about the other menu items, but I just can't by the gyro. Everything I've tasted, though, is spot on, deserts are great too. The produce stand is definitely a plus, great prices and they run specials daily. They have a good assortment of fruits and veggies , and you can purchase deserts and sliced meat, salads, potatoe salad, the list goes on. It's definitely a place to go while in St. Pasadena.

It's not often that we go. But everyone there is great, and food lives up to a great standard.

My go to place, could eat there every day for a month with no duplicates. Do wish they stayed open later .

The food it great i hit Spiros twice in one week the reuben was perfect and the steak sub was look just try them out and enjoy. Ps. You have to try the Canoli's there great
