Andrew the a man of honesty respect and integrity. I would highly recommend him to anyone buying a car, truck or suv. Andrew and Jim the sales manager has been more than patient with me throughout this whole fiasco. I bought a 2019 ford edge very nice suv but a week later the transmission went out. After almost a month of not having a car and calling Andrew and losing my mind he stay calm with me and we both came up with a plan to put me into a 2013 Cadillac SRX. It’s 10 years old but it’s a lot better vehicle. Thank you for bearing with me after all the times I’ve went off on you. Andrew and Jim are definitely men of their words. Thank you guys.

Bought my Truck from Cotton in November 2020. Truck was very clean ran great there were a couple things I found wrong with the truck but there mechanic fixed them while I waited. Very satisfied.

Bought an older vehicle that has very low mileage for the age. Well kept. Had an issue with shaking at highway speeds. Called and they said bring it in. Come to find the front tires had poor wear issues. I had put less than 200mi on the vehicle and they covered 2 new tires, including mounting and balancing. I'll use them again.
