I had the most amazing experience in your Ocala, FL store. Robin T was amazing. She saw I was looking at an item and came up me to explain how the sale works. She was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. She also assisted my friend that wasn’t sure if her card was valid anymore. Great customer service!

This store is very large and clean. It has a variety of items which will cater to all who visit. The clearance items are superior to the other stores. Nice selection of footwear for the whole family. The children’s department was very nice. The only thing missing but not really needed was the coffees and honeybuns stand.

Oh my mama she shops here all the time. This is her favorite store to get her clothing at. Well she picked me up a couple of nice tops for like $6 a piece. I absolutely love them. Kohl's may end up being my favorite place to shop as well seeing as I'm new here in Ocala. The man at the register named Robert was very nice to us and he knew my mother buy name so she must go there a lot. Thanks for the great customer service that my mother receives here at your store. And thank you for the great customer service you gave us today. I would definitely recommend this store whether you're just coming through town stopping by to see if they got a bargain. You just might like what you find.

Haven't been to a Kohl's in many years. I only went to return an Amazon item. They were fast and very professional. I wound up looking around, and found some great buys on sale. I will be returning.

I went to Sephora to find a liquid foundation. Nathalya was more than willing to help me find the perfect shade. She answered all my questions. She helped me find a liquid foundation, pressed powder, mascara, eye liner and lipstick. She was phenomenal. Don’t hesitate to ask the great people at Sephora for help.

The people at Kohl's Department Store are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. Not to mention their smart prices.

They've made a Kohl's Shopper out of me. Join me this holiday season and visit Kohl's regularly.

Staff provided info on gift return. Checkout staff was accommodating. She helped process my payment even though i did not have my kohl's card with me.

The Kohl's store is always so tidy which makes it a pleasure to shop and find what you're looking for.
Also, the customer service is very good.
