Love Macy's and The Paddock Mall- two absolute "winners" in my opinion. Macy's customer service is second to none. The store is always clean and well stocked. Sometimes prices are not reasonable but overall, there is good value.

Manager spent a lot of time and effort helping me find just the right little black dress, which was difficult because I am so little. There is nothing like personal service. I will definitely shop there again.

Stephanie’s customer seevice skills are excellent! I came in today with my mom planning to get 1 pair of shoes and she was able to get us a good deal and I got 4 pairs for $80! I am so happy because i dont get to go shopping often and only had 2 good pairs of shoes and now I have 6! Thank you stephanie😊

Rediscovery happened at Ocala Macy's. This location has done it again, with hard to find items. Actually, I found an elegant full-length long sleeve gown for a colder climate northern wedding last month. This latest trip, they have fabulous Levi's blue jean-demin jackets. Perfect for the next overseas holiday. Macy's was always a clothing go-to stable, and it's been really great to share this rediscovery thrice over.
