My wife and I stopped into the Ocala Location store this afternoon looking to purchase a new mattress. We were met by the store clerk Dustin J. who was very friendly and ready to serve our needs and wants. After explaining to Dustin what we were looking for in a mattress, he began showing us around the store pointing out different mattresses to suit our wants. He did an outstanding job going above and beyond to reach our financial needs. As my wife and I contemplated our wants and needs with each other, Dustin continued showing us our options but did not rush us into a purchase decision. Once we finally came to a conclusion on a purchase Dustin delighted us with the future steps involved and explained the full process in detail. We left feeling our experience was something of our own and not pushed onto us to make a sale. Thank you Dustin for making our experience and purchase at your location a great one.

We stopped by the Sleep Center store in Ocala today. Our intent was to visit multiple mattress stores before we decided on a mattress. Dustin Joles greeted us at the door and immediately started showing us different mattresses based on our needs. Dustin was very patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to purchase today or to purchase a specific mattress. By the end of our visit we decided to move forward with our purchase and forgo visiting any other stores. It was such a pleasant experience. Thank you Dustin!

Buying a new mattress can be quite an ordeal. Let’s be honest, it can be exhausting. Fortunately, I went into The Sleep Center on SW College Road, Ocala, after trying other mattress stores in the area. I was confused and frustrated with the advice and the range of prices for what appeared to be the same product.
Dustin Joles at The Sleep Center was professional, friendly and patient. This guy knows mattresses and was able to explain the different advantages of each type of mattress in the well stocked store. I spent quite some time trying out each type and finally after a second visit selected a hybrid.
The mattress was delivered on the arranged day on time and very courteously by Dustin and James.
Thanks Dustin. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend this store and their product. Now hope to sleep like a baby!

Fantastic experience, very friendly and helpful staff. We had a lot of questions about different options and weren't sure what we wanted, they were so helpful in finding us the right fit and in our budget. Our new bed is amazing, we seriously haven't slept this well in years...maybe ever! The delivery guys were great, kept us informed about delivery window and were professional and efficient in getting everything set up.

No pressure salesman (Jonathan) who gave honest advice, and even informed us of the perks, such as trial period, no delivery charge, and even tax-free werkend. He's quite knowledgeable in the different brands, models, structure, and even the competition. Best mattress store experience. I do recommend this place. We did decide to go for the mattress purchase here.

Jason is definitely the most knowledgeable about the mattress construction and his ability to listen to our sleeping issues and what is best mattress for our needs and allow us to make our decision based our questions and his knowledge

I visited The Sleep Center on Hwy 200 on 9/5/23. I was greeted by Dustin who was very patient and answered all my crazy questions. There was no trying to up-sell me and he took his time explaining different products. I ended up making a purchase and arranged for delivery which was scheduled two days later. Both men that delivered my new bed called to let me know they were on their way. They arrived at the agreed upon time, removed my old bed and were very efficient in setting up the new bed. AND I slept very well that night. I would not hesitate in recommending this establishment and will return when the need arises. Additionally, this is FAMILY OWNED people - support your local business!

Shopping at the Sleep Center was a wise choice.
I have found that Chris and his crew are a rarity in
today's marketplace. Old fashioned values here;
as a customer, you matter. Shopping is a pleasant
experience, customer service is excellent, delivery
is prompt, and I was able to find exactly what I
needed. I do hope that anyone reading this review
will make this your first stop for your bedding
needs. I cannot say enough good things about

Store was clean and looked professional. When the staff member introduced himself as Chris I chuckled since my name was also Chris. He was very knowledgeable about the inventory that they had. I had no idea there so many options. I ended up buying a bed and getting it delivered the next day. Delivery guys were very courteous making sure to be careful around the house. Overall I give them 5 stars I will be back for my next bed at the Sleep Center.

Chris was extremely helpful on the phone. He was very patient with me and walked me through the fix to our problem. I would highly recommend Sleep Center of Ocala because of Chris's courtesy and professionalism.

Extremely pleased with our shopping experience at The Sleep Center on Parr Dr. My husband and I were planning a move to FL and checked out all the mattress stores in the area. When we walked into The Sleep Center, Chris P. was extremely considerate, helpful and customer service focused. Not at all pushy, just super nice and knowledgeable. He asked thoughtful questions and helped us narrow down our selection. Chris is totally customer service focused and made this the best mattress shopping experience we ever had. We'll definitely be repeat customers. Chris coordinated with our realtor to have our mattress delivered before we moved down so our bed would be waiting for us. He consistently over-delivered on every promise and is super conscientious, reliable and accommodating. I can't say enough great things about the level of customer service this store provides! Walking into the store, I was a little intimidated by how huge it actually is, and all of the different options available. Chris assisted me in determining the best mattress for both my needs and budget. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and really went above and beyond to ensure I was informed and comfortable with my purchase. A true gem! Thank you so much for making a somewhat daunting task a whole lot easier, Chris!

Great place freindly staff and great prices on their mattresses. I highly recommend this place!!! I got a whole king bed with the box spring for a really great price cheaper than everywhere else!

Highly recommend The Sleep Center. I was in their Ocala store about 11:30 this morning and my new mattress was delivered at 3 pm. The salesman at the store was very accommodating and easy to deal with. The delivery guys were early, called before they arrived, let me vacuum the carpet before they put the new mattress in place, helped me put the dust ruffle on and were generally extremely nice. I could not have asked for better service. A 5 star experience.

Over the years we have purchased several mattresses and I would recommend this over them all. Prices fair and good people work there , very helpful and dont try to rush you into a sale

I'm a very fussy consumer, I don't buy new things often so when I do it's a big deal. This store has great employees, they fit my needs, they where patient with me through the whole process. They delivered it when I wanted it and made special arrangements to call me ahead of time so I could met them at my home. The two young gentleman that came were so polite and helpful . It really was just a wonderful experience and they where easy to work with. Well done

We have enjoyed our mattress for about 1 month now, and we couldn't be happier! I did some shopping around, and The Sleep Cntr. offered the best price. Their prices were even better than the warehouse stores in the area, especially when you factor in the included delivery, and removal of your old mattress. Our salesperson was Chris Procaccini. He was a pleasure to deal with. I was also happy to hear that The Sleep Cntr. is a small, family owed business. Keep up the great work!

One of the best shopping experiences U had in the area. My wife and I did our due diligence and shopped just about every mattress store there is in and around Ocala. We ended up purchasing a mattress with The Sleep Center after dealing with a bunch of unfriendly and unhelpful businesses and sale people. Best place to purchase mattresses. Toby Harper helped us and he was an amazing gent.
