The nicest employees I’ve meet. I spent hours doing homework while drinking my coffee and witness two karen’s give the employees a hard time. They had so much patience that once they left, I had to applaud them for their patience. Great Starbucks overall and will be coming back.

This is a beautiful spacious Starbucks. Plenty of room! And the barista who helped us was super friendly and helpful, I wish I could remember her name but she was amazing! We don’t live in Ocala but if I did I would spend a lot of time here! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience this morning at the drive-thru. Such a great way to start my morning seeing a smiling face and receiving fast service. A smile and a great attitude go a long way and I really appreciate it from your staff this morning. Great job guys keep up the good work!

I came in Gabe immediately acknowledged me with a greeting, and smile. My day was going bad until I encountered Gabe. He was prompt with my order as well.

Great hot tasty coffee. So noisy you could hardly hear person at table with you.

Much better than the other Starbucks in the area. Employees really keep up with the high amount of traffic, and the store itself is big and lovely. adore the book of pups

One of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The DT staff are so friendly and helpful. They also have a very cheerful demeanor which is so nice. Very fast, clean, and efficient, I will never stop coming to this location.

I have gone to this location several times at different times of the day and days of the week and I can say they have always given us friendly service and the drinks have been great. The service is pretty fast too (I've gone during slower and busier times).

I had a awesome experience at this location. The young man at the counter had done a marvelous job taking my order through my Starbucks app. I had ordered a grande fresh brewed coffee with exactly what I wanted it. It is a great place to relax and take my mind off of things. Great music by the way. I totally forgot his name but it was around three in the afternoon on Sept 19 of this year. The young girl at the coffee station had put exactly what I wanted in the coffee and it was perfect. Great job guys! Keep up the good work! I would highly recommend anyone else to come to this location. I would definitely be coming back to this location on my next visit.

We hit this store up everyday for our Joe. The staff is awesome, very pleasant & helpful. Love the staff & their attitudes. I need to mention the recent hours at this location, they have been changed. Why close so early ? Please re-think this, it is a big change for us & the staff here. Longer hours please !

Was my very first time getting Starbucks, being in a Starbucks, the ladies was soo awesome, helped me order, my little boy loved his first cake pop♥ very good customer service. Will definitely be coming back, definitely worth the 35 minute drive🙂 thank you to older ladies for helping me and making my experience awesome

Is good and fast but the coffee room is too small

This is the best Starbucks I've been to in a while. I always go for my iced caramel macchiatto which is amazing. But what makes it the best is how they put the drink together and even mixed it for me!!! Which considering their new lids is a God send! I also got 6 cake pops which they bagged individually which I adore because they get stuck together when bagged all together. Thank you to this Starbucks team that went above and beyond and I will definitely be back! My new favorite location!

Really polite and friendly staff. Sometimes you just want to be treated with basic human kindness and Starbucks has never disappointed me. The staff at this location is by far the best in town.

Super friendly . Was open on Christmas day and everyone was so nice and accommodating. We forgot to add a drink and she went ahead and started making it even before we went back to pay for it . Best Starbucks in Tampa area in my book 😁

Great location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My drinks are always exactly as I want. Wait can be long, but they are usually really busy in the drive thru.
