T-Mobile

We just switched to T-Mobile from Verizon yesterday and we had the best service at this store! Donovan, the supervisor, was incredible helpful throughout the whole process. The service from other employees was fabulous as well. We’ll be back to this store for all our cellular needs as long as we’re with this company.

I'm so glad I went to this location. After disappointing interactions at other TMobile stores the staff here completely turned it around. I met with Dan and Donovan and the were extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I will not go anywhere else in the future.

Thank you again Donovan and Yessica for such a great experience at T-Mobile. This location has definitely been a great improvement from the changes that has been made. I was directed to this store from the mall because they ran out of the phone I was interested in. I am thankful for their delegence in finding savings and transferring the data from my previous phone. I greatly appreciate going to this location for my T-Mobile Tuesdays.

The team member Phil was outstanding! I left my phone on top of my car and was in need of a new phone and better phone service. Phil was very knowledgeable and helped get me in a phone I love at a price I could afford. I recommend these people to everyone!

Deanna was Absolutely amazing. I was hesitant about switching my entire family's lines over to them. She made the switch so easy. She went above and beyond she was very courteous. If I have to do anything else with my cell phones Or home internet. She will be the one I go to T-Mobile has earned my business all because of her. If you ask me, she deserves a raise. I have never dealt with somebody so courteous. And welcoming

I was able to get in and out fairly quickly, and they not only fixed my phone for me but taught me a few things about it, too. He was fast, friendly, and professional. Great all-around service.

Just bought a iPhone 15 from here. I had Alexis as my agent. She was proffesional, very knowledgeable and amazing help. She was able to get me the color I wanted (white) and when I received it she was quick to call me And help me set my
Phone up for transfer. Also the staff was very nice as well. I would recommend Alexis to anybody great energy!!!

Jay Jay was great. He did a great job with all the problems I was having. I feel as if he probably doesn't get the credit he deserves. Hopefully he finds a job that appreciates his work ethic. Every one else rolls there eyes.

I was surprised they charge $35 for an indoor purchase compared to online purchase, but Nicole was very helpful and set up my iPhone and my accounts with me. Well worth the fee 😃

Exceptional service here from Ryan Roman who was knowledgeable, quick, and incredibly patient. He skillfully transitioned us to new phones and did an account audit to help us save about $40 a month on features we didn’t need. We had many questions and he answered them all. Just wowed by our experience this evening and we highly recommend Ryan and this store.

I came in here after I went through literal hell the past few days with t mobile. Dee helped us, and she is AMAZING! She was fast, knowledgeable, patient, and helped us understand everything that was going on. Definitely recommend THIS T-Mobile store, and ask for DEE!

Feb 25, 2023. My husband and I arrived at T-mobile around 7:15pm and thought it would take 15 min. We left about an hour later and very happy with the important changes on our account. We want to thank Ryan Roman and the store manager for being so patient and explaining all our options

This T Mobile location is a corporate store and my experience was the best. The staff made sure I was completely satisfied with my concerns. Unlike the store located on East Silver Springs Blvd where the customer service is the worst once you purchase anything there.

This store has a great staff. They are friendly and very helpful. Most importantly, they are honest and straightforward. I dealt with Ryan didn't oversell me and guided me with advice that was in my best interest. A real professional who I highly recommend.

Yesterday I came into T Mobil and had the most exceptional experience in my life when it relates to buying a cell phone. I came into the store for a different service and Raquel went above and beyond to assist me. It turned out to be that I decided on treating myself to a newer phone. She took the time to explain which phone would be better for me, and we whenI decided on the one that I wanted. She got on her job and made things happen! Everything was going smooth until it was time to get my phone unlocked from the other carrier, we’ll make a long story short. The was long phone waits, and transferring from on department to the other department on the phone with the carrier that was trying to keep my phone hostage. I came into the store at about 5 pm and was there after they closed. Raquel maintain her patience and professional manner and took care of me like I was the only customer, now that was good customer service experience!!! Although we couldn’t get the issues resolved last night. I came back this afternoon, and she was there, and took good care of making sure my phone was ported over. Thank you Raquel, you are awesome 😎
