The gentleman that I spoke with a customer service was very kind. I explained to him that my mother had bought the wrong thing for her printer ink. A refund was given. So thankful that what my mother spent didn't result in a loss of money. Thank God for the return policies. Thank you for all your help. I would definitely recommend Staples. Great customer service

Very pleased with a collage poster print job we needed for a dear friend's birthday. Amery in the print department went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the results, taking multiple calls and patiently explaining our options. With her help, the poster was the talk of the celebration. Staples print services made us look great!

The young woman Amerie is kind, knowledgeable and extremely polite. She is definitely an asset and deserves a raise!

Thank you Staples for putting the Customer's satisfaction first! My boss gave them a job to do and the outcome was not usable or of good quality and they refunded it 100%. I usually never write reviews, but when I do, I mean it! I needed an adapter, and I was going all over citrus county looking for one. I ended up buying one at Best Buy online to pick up in Ocala since they said it was in stock, but when I arrived, I was notified that it wasn’t there. I needed this adapter for the next the day. I quickly ran to Staples and was greeted with a warm welcome, even though they were about to close. I was able to get what I wanted and got a price match. Thank you so much for helping out!

Olivia, in the print shop was WORLD CLASS. It’s a rare talent for someone to go above and beyond and do it with a smile.

I brought her a document to print that wasn’t going to come out looking well. She offered to rework the document on her end, and she delivered. WOW level service and I will be using Olivia from now on for my business needs.

Great office help, courteous staff in the print and copy center are very knowledgeable. Victoria is my "go to" person! As a private contractor, I want my copies, class print outs, and print needs to reflect "my" work ethic. She and staff are on point! Thanks Staples..."Im done" :D

Was poorly attended at office depot and crossed the road to you guys. Let me tell you something I should of came here first. The staff was super friendly and an older employee approached me and asked if I needed assistance. I showed him what I was looking for and he took me directly to the multiple aisles were the products were. Customer service; thats the diffrence between gaining a customer or losing a customer. Deff gained me as a customer. Which FYI it was the first time I ever stepped into a Staples store.

Side note : theres arrows on the floor indicating what direction to walk in the aisle so you can avoid bumping into a customer. Employees are all wearing a mask and if you dont have a mask they can provide you with a new mask. Which is a plus for everyone.

We recently bought a new computer from this Staples store.
The tech staff...Mike, Joseph and Wes were informative, helpful, knowledgeable and helped me understand the new computer and Windows 10 (new to me)
Extra thanx to Joseph who took the time to put short-cuts to pertinent sites for me on my desk-top. I can easily go right to the sites I use the most.

Jade at copy and print center was so helpful in creating posters for a lost cat as well as showing me how to use the print machines!! Definitely deserves a raise thanks again jade!

I needed to print some documents off of my phone- PDF. The tech at the Print center was so helpful and patient. It's not always easy dealing with non-technical people, and older as well so thanks. I appreciate the help.

My husband and I first went to Best Buy to see if our 2009 Magellan GPS could be fixed by the Geek squad.. We were told that it would be cheaper just to buy a new one and get all the updates free...Knowing that we use ours very little and that it was only six years old, we continued to look,, and ended up at Staples on Silver Springs, Blvd in Ocala...We were greeted by a young man ,,Anthony, who was so very helpful,, explained to us how to do an update, and gave us Magellan phone number to call if we had a problem,, we also bought a Micro card with an adapter that was on sale, in case we had a problem updating off the computer..(luckily our daughter came home and helped with that),, I took it to Orlando,,(I hate Orlando to drive in),and it worked beautifully...I am writing to just let you know how great Anthony was...An Angel...I know who to come to when I have a problem from now on...Staples and Anthony...

Able to quickly come in, get what I need and get out.. Very friendly.

The staff at this location is super helpful and friendly. I was also able to do a few test prints to get the right size for a big project I needed printed.

The employees were very nice. The store was neat and organized. The post-its are pricey (among other things.)
