Called about a car Saturday, asked if they were open Sunday they agreed to meet us eventhough they don’t have Sunday hours. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, worked with us based on our needs. Our daughter scraped her knee in the lot and he helped us clean her knee up and was very patient. Spent hours working with us and was not upset when we walked away to think about it. Truly old school business man, the kind that rarely exists anymore. Whether we decide this car is right for us at this time or not we will be back to work with this car dealership either way

Okay folks.....this is going to be short and sweet! We went to MA in 2020 right before the the virus hit. My now husband gravitated toward his family choice and I gravitated toward mine. I obviously went with his choice because the car was exactly what I wanted! A convertible! But what put me over-the-top about finding the car of my dreams was the exceptional service we received! The team was caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Not to mention that the whole experience was tremendously fun! We walked out of there, no we drove out of there having had a great time, got a great car and I get to put my top down whenever I choose! Ain't life grand!?

I bought a Mustang from Mohammad about a year ago great buy. There are issues with every car but he doesn’t give you to much pressure to buy, definitely a family feel. Gives cars at a reasonable price. Haven’t had any issues with the financial group he’s provided as of yet more than likely won’t. Car runs great.

Muhd was a no pressure salesman. I spent a while under and in the car and most of the time I had the key on me. He worked with me on the price and he was able to support multiple types of payments. I give the dealership high marks and the car was as advertised. I drove from Jacksonville (Go Jags) over 2 1/2 hours on Friday, then came back Sat to purchase. I am 59 and have purchased plenty of new and used cars. I recommend these guys and would have no hesitation buying from them again.

Great experience. Mohammed was personal and attentive to my needs. Found the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price. Couldn't get financing on the weekend and he totally worked with me to get the vehicle home that day so I wouldn't have to drive 50 miles to come back. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a truck from Majestic Auto and had nothing but a great experience! They were honest and willing to work with me. Even though my truck was sold As-Is with no warranty, they went the extra mile and made sure everything was working properly and in prime condition before I drove it off the lot. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle!

My experience with MA was nothing short of amazing. Mohammed was extremely professional, honest and attentive to my requests. After 7 months of searching and nodding my head to ridiculous dealer mark-up fees and unnecessary upcharges. MA restored what little hope I had left in the auto industry. That being said, it's time to be real and point out a few things... Most (if not all) of these vehicles are bought at the auction. Dealers perform a very basic mechanical inspection to get them ready for sale. Please do YOUR research BEFORE buying any used car (no matter the dealership). It's mind boggling that people are willing to spend thousands on a vehicle without looking at the CarFax or googling reliability / common issues. Know what you're buying before you even consider taking a look. An hour or 2 of FREE research could save you years and thousands. I would highly recommend this place to any one who knows what they're looking for and wants a solid unbeatable deal.

I stopped by Majestic Autos on Christmas Eve. I was allowed to browse without a pushy salesperson hovering over me. Someone was available to answer questions when I needed. They were upfront about vehicles that may need to have a little work done and I felt confident when they told me a certain vehicle was mechanically sound. Haroon, the owner, agreed to open the following day so I could bring the person I wanted to purchase the car for. She lives in Tampa. I returned Christmas Day, but sadly, the car I really had planned on getting had already been sold. I was warned about this Christmas Eve, but I figured it would be fine and still be there the next morning. The business was very busy and lots of people were looking at cars. I think that speaks volumes about their reputation. I found another car that was suitable and was done with paperwork in less than an hour. I received outstanding, personal customer service. I would not hesitate to purchase a car here again. I am very appreciative to Haroon for all his assistance.

Rashid gave me a great deal and was very easy to work with. The ad provided Carfax sheets, which not all dealers provide and gave me a "good feeling" about Majestic Autos, Inc. After driving 100+ miles to see the car, I found it to be exactly as advertised and was very pleased. I would recommend Majestic Autos, Inc as a great source for finding a vehicle.

I got the vehicle I wanted at a price that was right. Want to talk about them being friendly? They were cooking as we were getting ready to leave. I made a comment about how good it smelled. The owner offered for us to sit down and eat. If I were to need another vehicle, I would definitely go here first.

Today February 23, 2020 my family was provided excellent service. First the company is closed on Sunday. Yet because we came from Miami they accommodated us and attended to us. Second, the vehicle my son desired was better than expected and cleaned prior to inspection and testing. Mr. Haroon was kind, honest and trusting of us and to us.

This has been one of the best buying experiences I have had. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They are as straight forward as can be and only want to sell a good product. I highly recommend looking at their inventory if you are in the market for a vehicle.
