Publix Pharmacy at The Shops at Foxwood

Publix has been my main pharmacy for years, I've never had a problem.

Always helpful and courteous. RX are always ready on time . Very convenient. I know my sister has had issues here but my husband and I have not had a one . I’m very grateful that they are so close. So I’ll keep using them . They even got me a coupon for one of my Rx’s! Thank you Publix.

Very personable kind & caring. More like a mom & pop pharmacy then a corporation. The pharmacist gave me a $1 to cover my daughters rx 1 time too.

Their lead technician found me a manufacturer coupon that saved me over $100 on my prescription. She went above and beyond to help me, and the staff was very friendly despite being obviously very busy and short staffed.

Convenient in Friendly atmosphere

Every time I have a prescription filled at Publix Foxwood there is an issue.
Either rude, indifferent staff, way too little staff (6 people in line) or a mix-up of their doing. I had them transfer a simple, generic non-scheduled rx to their store from walgreens, right next door. I was assured it would be ready later that day. Of course it was not. They could not even locate the request for it. Always something at this pharmacy.

I've experienced similar problems as Ms. Williams, another reviewer. There have been times when I did the automatic refill; I received notification that the prescription would be refilled; and when I arrived, they were out of the medication, without so much as a courtesy call. There have been other times when they have tried to refill prescriptions that I repeatedly told them I don't need anymore so please stop trying to refill them. No one seems to listen there. Very frustrating.

Rude pharmacist. Refused to fill a prescription they have been filling for almost two years because the doctor raised the dosage even after the doctor called and explained it to them.

Went to go fill a prescription today after surgery. The older lady that worked at the counter was not very friendly and obviously did not know how to read prescription. Took it right next-door to Walgreens without an issue

WORST PHARMACY I will never go here for my medication again. They told me that they weren’t in network with my insurance and that there were no other places that would cover giving me no options . I called my insurance and they said Walgreens would have covered my medication. Publix needs to be more honest and not make people pay out of pocket if they don’t need to. By the way this happened on 1/13/22 at 6:25pm so enlighten your workers to be more honest.

I tried to get my prescriptions switched to Publix from another Pharmacy because I did my research and saw the prices were better plus I had some grocery shopping to do and I've always loved Publix. however when I got there somebody named Valerie I guess would you say attempted to help me however she was very rude had terrible customer service and made me change my mind about using that Pharmacy. After her sarcastic comments and rolling her eyea at me,She told me it was going to be 24 to 48 hours even though I explained it was an emergency and I had just left the hospital. Then she proceeded to say well you should have come here first then and it wasnt their job to call for rx transfers (i had called them and the other pharmacy over an hour prior to get the transfer done). I will never use that Pharmacy as long as I would have to deal with Valerie she's the worst technician or pharmacist or whatever she is that I've ever encountered in my life. However the stafff at Walgreens nextdoor was very helpful, accepts GoodRx and a pleasure to work with

Every time I come to this pharmacy it never fails either my prescription is not ready on time or they Dont have the meds after I done called it in you have to make 2 & 3 trips they lose your scripts

I’ve tried giving this location multiple attempts to do better, and I’m just done.

I was told I test my sugars to much i,m always having trouble with my script ALL the time
