Sam's Club Pharmacy

I'm an old former customer with fond memories. I was there about twice a week for 5 years getting great service Pharmacist Darcy was terrific as were others. A family member just told me in November 2023 that she asked about me despite that I hadn't been in this location for many years since moving. I really appreciated Darcy and others too. It should indicate what a nice and caring group you get here. I thought that I merely got the royal treatment with all the uncommon extras like professionalism, kindness, and courtesy. However, apparently everybody likes this pharmacy too, because they're good. I surely know that they reach out to connect to you and do their best, not the least, in order to contribute to the customer having a nicer day and a positive experience while navigating difficult health issues in an arena of insurance complexity. I was rather new to both ill health and how drug coverage works and sometimes fails to work. They did me a world of good and a lot of extra work effortlessly with high efficiency and effectiveness. Darcy was a true educator too I learnt a great deal from her. Thank you. 10/10

I enjoy the Sam’s Club. However GOOGLE needs to actually know the hours of operation if they are going to post them. I checked the pharmacy hours which were 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. I had the ER call my prescription in to them. THEY ARE NOT OPEN, GOOGLE!!!! I have phoned the hospital to find out if they can call in my prescription elsewhere. Awaiting a call back. If I can post the screenshot I will.

The pharmacist and techs are always super helpful. The prices are excellent. My only 2 complaints (and they are minor) is the hours of operation (corporate issue) and sometimes my meds aren't in stock and I have to wait. The wait is usually only 1 day and they are not medically urgent ones so far. Not sure if that is also a corporate issue, but this location does have a caring staff and they do their bnb best to make it quick!

Sams is a very discriminating place will never go back here again the cashier over skipped me to some else because of there color just and I was first in line completely unprofessional makes me sick.
