In store employees are generally friendly and helpful like a small town store that knows their regular customers... They have proven to go out of their way to earn my business.

Kieth and Owen are the greatest. Their service and knowledge are awesome. I have been going to them for about a year now and they’ve always seem to get me in and out aim a reasonable time. Also had the opportunity to mingle with a lot more of the employees and they always seem to be helpful in whatever I wanted. Great place and great service. The pictures are the truck they built for me.

I find Northern Tool to have competitive prices on a wide variety of items. Northern Tool is one of my go to stores for items you can't get in the big box stores. The Ocala stores employees are always friendly and courteous!

The Ocala store personnel are excellent to their customer. However, the jury is still out on their warranty. I am in about 2 months now waiting for reimbursement on warranty work after 7 request and all paperwork turned in and fully accepted & acknowledged. Will update Thursday July 6th, on my next attempt at reimbursement but so far nothing.

This is a really awesome place for guys who need tools I've read a lot of comments saying customer service is not the best but I found customer service was really good the salesperson was good he sold me a toolbox I'd give him a raise if I could so I will give him a review his name is kieth definitely recommend this place.

This store almost got a 1 star review but then we met Paul P. which turned our frustration into a $550 sale. I needed commercial grade racks for my shop but when we arrived and I asked someone where I would find them the associate said, "We're out of those racks." I had verified online that they did have at least 1 in stock so I went searching for someone else to help me and that is when I met Paul P. not to be confused with any of the other 3 Paul's that work there. Not only did Paul P. find the rack I was looking for but he found 2 and then talked me into buying another smaller rack for the back of my shop. If I were the store manager, I would promote Paul P. and have him teach the little kids that work with him how customer service is supposed to be!

Keith and Owen are very great they have been with me from the beginning since I started my business I am very thankful for the knowledge and guidance they have shown me. They really do a awesome job if I could give a 10/10 I would. Excellent and Quality work every time !!!!

very friendly staff. helpful. The store has a large selection of professional name tool. They have good deals and coupons. Trailer parts( a good selection of them). Just a well rounded (different supplies) amount of items.
