Great customer service. As we entered the store we were met by staff asking if they could help us locate what we needed. Our first time at this store location. Have always liked Ace Hardware stores and we found this stores inventory very well stocked. Found quite a few items we needed at this time.

Had what I needed. Friendly staff and good prices.

I've come with my son many times. Prices are comparable for some items, outrageous for others.

The ability to ask questions from normal guys and gals far outweighs the extra % I might pay on some items. Just bring ABLE to ask someone a question is valuable. If I ask a question at Lowe's, I feel like I'm bothering someone or keeping them from an assignment they've been given.

I walk into Ace, let my son practice finding things and talking to store associates and have fun finding little things we may not find elsewhere.

Great way to pick up things for keeping up with home maintenance while avoiding the bigger busy places . Wonderful helpful staff.

Let me just stop for a minute and say the manager is on point I don't know him personally but I would send anybody to him specifically he really knows his stuff found the parts I needed even told me I might want to get duplicate I of course did not do so and I regret it again he really knows his stuff will return because hey guess what I need more washers thank you so much for everything you did for me that day I will return

An associate near paint went above and beyond to help me with locating Christmas lights. They were out of stock but he was very helpful and nice. The associate who checked me out has assisted me before and is always friendly and helpful. I was in a hurry and really appreciated both men’s help today!

Great hardware store. If they don’t have it, they try to locate it for you. Really nice employees willing to go the extra mile. Excellent customer service every time. Clean store and well stocked.

Moved here a year ago. Needed my Stihl trimmer serviced and they are a dealer. Dropped it off at 10am expecting it would take a week. The tech called me 3 hours later and said you're all set! The cost was very reasonable and it runs like new. Will definitely go back the service was excellent.

Awesome service! No hunting for someone to help you like the two big stores.

Was looking for some nuts to fit my rear lower lateral arms on my RX8. The guy there went the extra mile and we finally found the right nuts and the lock washers to go with them. Was able to finally put my car back together after 2-3 weeks of her sitting. Was great to finally be able to drive my 8 again 🙂👍

Every time I’ve ever visited this store I am so happy that I did! They always have what I’m looking for and are quick to help or answer any questions. My husband and I are here probably once a week at least and it’s always great.

What an excellent store! I walked in, late on a Saturday afternoon, and 2 different employees went above and beyond to help me get the parts I needed to fix a hot water heater. I don't remember their names, but this one experience guarantees that I will be back for all my small project needs in the future. Thanks Ace...for being the HELPFUL HARDWARE FOLKS!
