Sammy from Appliances was absolutely amazing. She introduced the idea of an all in one washer and dryer system. She printed out the full spec sheet for us to see if we would be able to incorporate it into a home that were renovating. We also were able to set up an appointment for an install of new windows to have a representative come out and go over the full gambit of the window replacement process for a historic home in Pensacola. Great experience we learned a lot and we were so blessed to be able to encounter such enthusiastic representatives.

My husband and I recently purchased a large order of flooring and home remodeling items and have been impressed with the service we received both on the phone and in person. We especially wanted to recognize Jimmy in customer service!! He is amazing at his job and very efficient. He handled our purchase and made it so easy when returning some items. Jimmy has great communication skills and is friendly to all.

Luis in the flooring department made buying turf extremely easy. He spent time with us to understand our needs, and didn’t rush us. We didn’t buy anything on our first trip, but I appreciated how Luis treated us so I returned to HD to buy all our turf from him. Luis is hands down the most knowledgeable big box store employee I have ever met. For my future needs I will return to this HD because of how Luis does business. That man cares!!

Easy and convenient place for all of you home repair and DIY needs. Last item I needed was a replacement toilet seat. They had the right part in the right color. Easy in and easy out. Their Bemis line of products was exactly as described. It was a guaranteed fit, and went on with just one tool, a 5/8" wrench.

Got some window and door seal in July 2023. Good selection and easy store to navigate.

I walked inside Home Depot hoping someone could help me because I didn’t anything about plumbing. As I was looking different PVCs pipes, I observed a gentleman (Honoray Joseph aka Big H) helping other people. Big H then approached me and asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was trying to do and he took the time to show me what I needed. I was still having some questions and someone approached him and asked him for help. Big H broke off and told me “I am still with you, just keep looking what you need and I will be back with you.” Big H helped the other customer and he came back as he promised. I was able to get what I needed and walked out of the store with some plumbing knowledge. I ended up doing the job by myself. Huge THANKS to Big H and to Home Depot to have him as an employee.

Home Depot is pretty cleaned, most of the staff is very helpful. Lines compared to big cities are not that crowded, even on weekends. Most of the time they do have everything needed. The store set up is great.

Very good we were able to buy an oven and had it shipped to our house for free. I don't know what the regulations are for getting it shipped for free though.

I went to get a Christmas Tree and Decorations for my family, grand kids, sister, daughter. I will end up in the poor house, haha I just like to be Recognized. I am Mr.Santa at my house as I support them all.

The staff on a whole,knows their job and was very helpful. I will be back.

This store has close to everything a "do it yourself" customer could hope for; high quality materials, tools, and merchandise.

Been to several different stores looking for a ceiling fan. Either not available or backordered. Decided why not try The Home Depot. Don't shop here often so in we go. Took us a bit to find the ceiling fans. A nice worker pointed us in the right direction. Viola! Found a fan that will fit perfectly and the box was on the shelf! Thank you Home Depot! It's the little things that make you happy 😊

They have a great selection and offer installation on many of their products.

Awesome Halloween Display!!

We went to buy a lawn mower. Neither of us had ever bought one before and we had questions. The guy I found to help us was great. He was glad to help, very friendly, and knew what he was talking about. I wish I had caught his name for a shout out. I would like to shout out to our cashier, Donald. Thanks for helping us out and for being funny. You are very good at your job. (Y'all give that young man a raise) {both of them}

Home Depot always have friendly staff members who are happy to help if you need it but with everything so clearly labeled, it's easy to maneuver the store without much help. They are always happy to make themselves available for anything else you could need assistance with as well.

Helpful employees. Always have what I want or I can drop by Lowes which is adjacent to it. Clean, stocked, and well organized. Enjoying my Rigid drill and driver combo set. Will be back for some more Rigid tools because of their lifelong parts from Home Depot. Also like Home Depot commercials soundtracks. E-receipts are helpful and easy. Self checkout is amazing compared to other stores.
