Lowe's Home Improvement

I visited Lowe’s home improvement Pensacola for the first time and I was impressed by their variety of home improvement products and their excellent service. They have everything you need for your DIY projects, from paint and tools to appliances and furniture. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well-organized. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality and value.

Elizabeth in the appliances was the most helpful person I have experienced in this location and I made a point to let her manager know how great she was. Apparently they are under new management and it shows with their improved knowledgeable customer service people!

This location of Lowe’s has the best Customer Service. I was trying to pay for some merchandise on the phone that a contractor was picking up. I was slow to give information because I was driving. They were very patient. My order was completed & my workers out the Door. I will go to this location for materials.

I just happen to like all Lowe's stores, at this store is a great Lowe's! They have plenty of staff, for one thing so you always can get help easily. But also the people are really friendly and just Pleasant to be around. Typical Lowe's selection great products great prices overall if you're looking for a big-name hardware store in Pensacola then head to Lowes.

Very helpful people and was able to help me get the right paint for bathroom. When I ask Gary if he could help me fine something he was right on it and was very nice with warm smile..thanks Gary! They got it all.

Ordered online. Got email instructions on how to pick up our twin headboards. Parked in the designated parking spot, texted my order and spot numbers. Within 2 minutes our packages were loaded into our vehicle. Awesome service

I love going to this Lowe's, especially after having a poor experience at the Home Depot across the street. The people are always helpful and friendly. Today there was a mishap while I was there, and the manager and her staff were very kind in solving the issue for me. It was greatly appreciated.

Just went an got a grill and Andy was AMAZING! He is the lead cashier and is so helpful and is phenomenal with guest service! Helped load the grill into the car and when we came back for the 2nd one helped us again! This and so many other reasons that I am a Lowes customer for life.

The staff didn’t smother me and they seemed to be acknowledged based employees, everything was were you think it should be and they had great clearance products as well. There garden dept is really awesome as well

Lowe's has always got what I am looking for. If you do your own home repair. Check here first. It is what you expect a home improvement store to be. The service at this location is excellent, for me anyway, little things or big ones you should find whatever it is you're looking for, if not they at least offer another option. That works for me.

I had so many tools and projects stolen or borrowed never returned to me that when I got them into my possession again as some where now inoperable thanks to the lifetime guarantee I was able to get them replaced with quality same brand Craftsman tools. Thanks to their navigable system and excellent staff I was able to get my job done. However due to one employee and her abusive behavior because I parked my 2000$ bicycle inside and way out of the path of anyone or anything else. She called law enforcement on me thereby illegally and incorrectly profiling a good customer at Lowes in the 7 states I've lived in and the 30 cities. It was a good time to thank God for the prayer she needs. I thank him and Lowes for their quality of products staffing and their very effective and much needed loss prevention staff stopping the theft and abuse of the stellar establishment in America.

I can usually find everything I need but always walk out with a few flowers as well. 😊 The selection in the garden department is great! The older plants are regularly rotated and the markdowns really help for those on a budget.

We ordered a dryer online that was delivered to us from Lowes on W Farfield. The delivery men, who were with a different company, did not do their job well. I got in touch with the manager at the store and she worked to get my dryer up and running the next day. I can't remember her name-it starts with an L-she was so professional and kind. The Lowes delivery drivers were awesome! Alfonso was one of the two. Those men are professional and knowledgeable and quick. I will always prefer Lowes delivery drivers to the contractors going forward!
