These guys try to accommodate everyone. But the prices are really good and a lot of times they have part in stock. If your in a hurry call ahead and walk in, look at it make sure it's what you want pay and leave. Store is streamlined for someone in a hurry

The manager Justin is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It is safe to say that because of him this is the BEST parts store in Highlands county. His customer service and ability to locate hard to find parts are amazing. He will also explain things to the customer in an easy to understand manner. They sell tier one parts (The top of the line) but they also have more affordable choices available in most cases. You can expect to get 100,000 miles on a tier one water pump, whereas the competitors quietly sell tier 2&3 parts that last merely 70,000 miles. It pays to get better parts for certain jobs so they don't have to be redone early.

This is the best AutoZone that I've ever been to ever. There was a man there by the name of red that helped me out at closing time when he didn't have to help me out. I was stuck and nobody could help me, and he did it on his own time for free. As for the store, they are all professional and courteous and if you need something they will help you find it. My go-to man is red though because he is hands down the nicest people person I've ever met

Our battery died and we got a jump start and made it here. We called ahead and arrived as they were closing. They brought out the battery to us as we arrived. They were very nice. They offered help even though they had just closed and were not on the clock.

Very helpful people took the time to check their stock and order from another location and got it there fast!

This Auto Zone has superior customer service. The manager Jeff and team member Robert that I worked with were knowledgeable and friendly. I came in to purchase a battery because it was affecting my power steering. Robert offered to change it for me at the at the store so I didn't have to drive any further without power steering. As Robert was changing the battery he also noticed my serpentine belt had come lose; something another mechanic shop supposedly fixed weeks earlier. Instead of just leaving it between me and the mechanic shop to figure out Robert offered to temporarily reattach it so I could safely drive to the mechanic shop for further inspection. This was no easy feat as he and Jeff had to pull the schematic detailing how the belt attaches and Robert had to work in a very tight space. They really went above and beyond! I will definitely patronize this auto zone. It has my business as long as Jeff and Robert work there! I recommend this store to everyone in Highlands County!

I had to get a battery today and this particular Auto Zone has fantastic customer service. Arilio was completely helpful and even changed the battery for me. I would highly recommend them and will do business with them again. I'm not sure I'm spelling his name right, but Thank You once again to Arilio.

The guys i worked with were helpful, friendly and made me want to come a little farther than necessary to get my parts. I could get them 2 miles closer but they make it worth the little bit of extra time I have in my work day to the best service.

I had dead batteries in my truck and the guys helped me out pretty quick to get me back on the road. Excellent service.

My husband asked that I leave a review after visiting this AutoZone. And I can tell you he never really cares to leave reviews. My husband and my father went to this location today to replace our headlight bulbs. The first associate that got them the bulbs and rang them up was not very helpful but once they were outside trying to replace the bulbs on their own Robert showed up. He not only did it for them but also taught them how to do it. My husband was so impressed with Roberts willingness to help, especially since he didn't have to and he was not the associate that initially helped them. My husband isn't sure if Robert is an associate or a manager, but regardless he was veryt appreciative for the help. 5 stars is for Roberts customer service!
