We needed a recliner chair for approximately 2 weeks and Rent King supplied us with one. The staff on the phone and in the store were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The delivery men were very helpful and knew exactly what to do with the chair, they were very careful bringing the chair in not to bump the door or anything else.The pickup people were right on time also when they were to pick up the chair. We would recommend Rent King to anyone.

This was my first time renting something and I was about to say forget it after I was prejudged by another store and then I called Rent King in Avon Park and Gloria made me feel so comfortable and at ease about the whole process. I was very impressed by the customer service experience I received. Justin went above and beyond in assisting me. He answered all my questions and made sure to help me find furniture within my budget. The guys who delivered the couch and bunk beds were professional and friendly. Today I had a washer and dryer plus a ps4 delived to my house and I couldn’t be more happier with the delivery and customer service by Timere and Manny very professional used proper manners with myself and was very polite with my children. I definitely recommend rent a king and I hope in the future when I get more things I have the same people deliver and show my kids love in the store to free little toys for my kids plus the customer service...thanks much rent a king manny and timere ya was great - Katt!

Rent king in Avon Park and Lake Wales are great they go out of their way to get what you are looking for and they are very kind and friendly we have became family, also some of the most understating people I have met been shopping with them for years.

Mario dropped off a TV stand yesterday, and he was so sweet to my four year old that just wanted to help but was staying in his way. My son followed him out the door as he was leaving to try to help get the dolly back on the truck and ran back in the house really excited that he got to help in some way. Thanks Mario ❤
