Comfort Suites Williamsburg Historic Area

My sister and I stayed for at this location 2 weeks. We were having a small rough patch in our lives and I cannot express enough how amazingly kind the employees in this hotel were. We never had to ask for anything, we were always greeted with a smile or a “have a great day.”. In today’s world, kindness and compassion is so hard to come by. We are extremely blessed to be able to say, that even in one of the most difficult times in our lives, there were so many amazingly warm faces showing us kindness everyday. I really hope that everyone gets to experience their hospitality; and that they continue to spread it to everyone they come across. It’s definitely a stay we will always talk about to everyone we know! Thank you so much again to the employees working there, your compassion and kindness spread joy to us in ways that are unexplainable.

This is by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. AMAZING customer service, complimentary breakfast is great, and the pricing is good. Will definitely be back again for the 3rd time. 10/10 Highly recommended!

Very nice room with very comfortable bed and quiet. Large mini frig with separate freezer which would be great if staying longer than I my one night. Nice breakfast selections with 2 attendants keeping it clean and filled up. Nice convenience shop too. Restaurants conveniently close.

LOVED this place. Way better than I expected, especially given the price. Checked in about 4 - desk guy very pleasant and thorough. Lobby was sizeable and attractive. Everything was clean. I loved my room; the fridge was bigger than the little college size ones. Great towels, comfortable beds, quiet heat/ac unit. Front desk guy even called to see if everything was satisfactory, which I didn't expect and almost didn't pick up the phone - he had to call 2x bc I ignored the 1st one. I didn't use the hot tub, pool or fitness room, but hadn't expected those. Breakfast room was large, comfy, and breakfast was really varied and extensive. Awesome scrambled eggs! Not crazy about the styrofoam breakfast plates though. I live an hour south of Williamsburg and only stayed 1 night bc didn't want to do the drive in the morning. FOR GUESTS: Bring lotion - the hotel one is small, but I view that as efficient use of resources bc most in hotel tubes probably gets wasted anyway.

Minutes away from colonial Williamsburg. Pool was nice and warm hot tub was a great temp. Breakfast was really nice. Lots of variety and good food. Make your own fresh waffles. Room was clean and spacious. I can't say enough about manager Miriam Potter. I had an issue with my cancellation (though an online company). Two reps from the online company were not honest but I spoke with Miriam and she told me to call the company and she would back me and came though. EXCELLENT customer service. Next time we visit we will definitely stay here. Thank you Miriam.

Nice clean hotel. Decor not my style but nice. Jacuzzi suite is at end of hall and very roomy. Bathroom great

We came Friday night rested up went to the pool and Jacuzzi on Saturday there was a event in town we had it all to our selves this place is our new spot the rooms were cozy the staff was on point best breakfast was so good the best we have ever had at a hotel you will love this place I promise you

Very family-friendly place to stay! Excellent service- especially the blonde hair lady we saw during the breakfast buffet. She was so kind, always smiling, never chastised the kids or gave them dirty looks if they poured too much syrup. She was great. I hope she gets a raise. Housekeeping was great. And the facility in general is updated, clean, and spacious! As soon as I walked in, I was like "whoa". 10/10 would recommend and would stay here again.

This hotel is awesome!! Almost brand new, rooms are very nice looking, excellent finishing touches. The sofabed isn't very wide like some are, won't fit 2 people sleeping comfortably, but the beds easily sleep 2. Plenty of breakfast items in the morning, hash browns, scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, cereal, choc milk, yogurt and more

We arrived in the middle of the night. The staff was friendly.

The rooms were clean, great size and beds comfortable.

We were pleased we were not above the pool as some said there was a chlorine smell. We did not smell it. We were on 4th floor.

24 Hour coffee. Hot breakfast buffet.

Awesome location and rooms were very clean. The breakfast and the arcade room made it even better. Best hotel experience yet.

Never have I ever been in such a COOL Comfort Suites!!! We were so surprised at all the details put into the place from the moment we entered the lobby! The location, rooms, and staff are ALL amazing! Thank you for such a beautiful stay! 😍

The hotel is very clean, smells great, wonderful breakfast and customer service. It’s in a very safe location and super close to everything you would need to get to. There is a front desk manager, a gentleman who worked the evening shift. He was so friendly and helpful, very welcoming! Would highly recommend!

Very nice hotel. Have free breakfast. Very close to a golden Correll and cracker barrel. Just a short drive to the outlet and many other restaurants. Would definitely use them again.

We go to Williamsburg every summer with our family. This was our 4th year in a row staying at this hotel. It never disappoints! Clean rooms, comfy beds, tasty breakfast and friendly staff.

The staff was very kind. The hotel breakfast had a good selection and was tasty. The indoor pool and hot tub are great. My daughter loved it. The rooms are great size and very clean and stocked . I will definitely be recommending it to others and we will definitely stay again.

A good deal - but be sure you go to the right place! This is NOT the Comfort Inn! We AND another family in front of us made the same mistake putting the name into our navigation app!
Breakfast was hot but just ok tasting - typical fare. Our room was clean and mostly quiet on the 4th floor. All staff were kind and helpful.

Breakfasts are great. Rooms are clean. Has a pool that the kids love to swim in. Easy in.. easy check out.
