Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service Kevin at the front desk was so helpful and sweet made my stay feel like home this hotel I will definitely come back to Kevin did his job like he was supposed that boy Kevin desves a raise

If you’re looking to stay in the Hilton for basement bargain prices- this isn’t the place for you. A little disorganized, a little dirty, but they are trying. The front desk staff is by far the friendliest I’ve encountered at any hotel- regardless of price. We had to move rooms midway through our stay and I wish we had done it the first night because our second room was so much cleaner and nicer. It seems like they are trying to update little by little. No bugs, just some stained carpets and dust bunnies. The sheets smelled great so they had definitely been through the washer. We had an issue with a mentally unwell guest on our floor and the staff was there within minutes to help diffuse the situation.

I probably would not go back myself, however if you just need a place to sleep while you’re in town and don’t want to spend an arm and leg- this is not a bad choice. The staff definitely made up for what the rest of the hotel lacked. Also would not bring small children- the incident with the mentally unwell lady was a bit intense (she stood outside our door cursing us out for 30 minutes before I finally called the front desk to remove her. Had no prior contact with her whatsoever. Seemed like a schizophrenic episode if I had to guess). Luckily my kid is 16 and thought it was hilarious. A smaller child may be been scared though.

It's needs a lil TLC ...BUT HEY!!! ...Find A BETTER RATE for a comfy&clean bed. Plus it's Safe here. Perfect/quiet location. In an Exterior walkway king room. There is interior corridor/hallway rooms available as well.

I stayed at baymont for a little over a month while my apartment was being renovated . I really enjoyed my stay . The staff was very helpful a friendly a their also pet friendly it’s right on the bus line so transportation was not an issue a several stores within walking distance . If I had to, I would definitely stay there again.

We got a king size bed, and the room has a small fridge and microwave, which is becoming more rare to find. There’s no coffee makers in the room, but there is a machine downstairs that seems to have coffee at all times. I went late to the breakfast and didn’t see a whole lot, but that was at 9:45am so it’s possible that they put things away early (6-10am). They had coffee and small lemon poppyseed muffins, which I love. Also cereal, so maybe more of a continental breakfast. The room is a pretty good size and has a small couch and coffee table. So far, so good! They have an indoor pool (9am-10pm).

The hotel is an older hotel but the staff keep it clean. I am a travel nurse and it is important to have a place it's comfortable and safe this is it. One time my air conditioner went out in the middle of the night I thought I would have to wait until the next day I did not they came 10 minutes after I called the service is awesome.

AC didn't work in the first room but they did move us to one that did work awesome people 😁😁😁😁😁😁 will go back soon.

My wife , son and I stayed the weekend .... the rooms were very clean staff helpful and very professional ..... nice breakfast
