The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff. Every single person I interacted with during my stay seemed to enjoy working there and serving guests. The piano in the lobby is a great addition. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great location. Friendly staff. Loved the LVP flooring in the room vs. the usual carpet. I always look at the bathroom first. It was clean. The tub shined!!! Vent was clean, toilet had no water stains. Great touch with curved shower rod and large shower head. Also nice having a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Good breakfast too. Would definitely recommend.

After a long drive from St. Louis and the intent to go to Busch Gardens for 2 days with my daughter, this place was absolutely perfect! Room was comfortable and at a great price. Exactly what we needed. What added to the experience was the front desk attendant Tony. I cannot speak highly enough about him. That guy was one cool cat! And not just to me, but he was helping another customer in front of us who had issues with his on-line reservation and Tony handled it effortlessly. So after I got checked in, I went back out to get our belongings and the other customer he had just helped was outside gathering his items as well. I heard him speaking with his wife and was going on and on about Tony and how helpful he was and how it was nice to know there were still people like him left in the customer service industry. Those were his words and I echo those sentiments! Every time I had to come downstairs and pass Tony on multiple occasions, I would let Tony know I was STILL hearing good things about him. Somewhere, right now, Tony is getting a compliment from someone he is helping! Well done my friend! You alone would be worth me coming back and choosing this hotel over and over again! Now I know where all the customer service skills have gone in this world.....Tony is hoarding them all to himself! Thank you again sir for adding to an already amazing father / daughter trip!

Spent 5 nights here. It's a nice hotel. The room was a mix of old and decrepit and modern. Even though the paint on the ceiling was peeling, I'd stay here again. I never felt unsafe. The pool is a nice bonus. It was clean and well taken care of. Great location!

I was stayed in this hotel with my family for three night. Breakfast was great, my kids was enjoyed the pool and backyard, the room was so quite. We don't have any complain but we just want to give constructive comment. I work Five Star hotel part time so Front desk, HK and Maintenance department must confirm each other before sending guest to the room. The reason why i said is FD send us dirty room and when we back to report we don't get any apologize that was ok but they just told us to wait for over thirty minutes. After thirty minutes the new room also had a couple of issues. Please we are not comparing with five star hotels since everything was perfect for us. We just want to tell our check in experience.

Everything was really very nice, friendly staff, free breakfast and atmosphere were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable . Experienced an amazing visit.

Great Location if you are planning to go to Colonial Williamsburg , Busch Gardens and other sites . The hotel staff was really friendly and was able to accommodate my request to change rooms because of my asthma.
The room was clean did not have that funky smell.

I did not actually stay at this hotel however I did go in here to check out their elevator. This hotel has AMAZING dover hydraulic elevators! They have great motors and run very well. If you want a good elevator experience, this is the place to stay in Williamsburg!

Close to everything, staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are outdated but clean. Full breakfast, pool and we didn't have any issues.

We were there 5 nights. Start off we booked threw booking.com and had some issues. Monica helped calm me down when I got there. We had added a day to our trip so ended up with 2 reservations and I was so worried about having to switch rooms and have problems checking in.. But she fixed it were we had the same room. Some of our plans changed and a big shout out to Max for helping my fined something else for my teens to do that they both would like. 😉 Believe me that is almost impossible to do. Then Max recommend a beach ⛱ that would not have a bad holiday crowd to mess with our visit. Now for the bad. The building is older so there is some cosmetic issues some people won't like. But for me it does not effect anything. The beds were a bit smaller than we thought they would be. But still not bad. The room was a bit dirty when we got there a used wash cloth was left in the bathroom and behind the chair needs vacuumed. The wifi signal would get week at night unless u sit infront of the door. Bad over. My kids loved the pool . They had a great hot breakfast each morning of pancakes 🥞, sausage links, scrambled eggs 🥚, home fries. There was cereal, toast ,beagles oatmeal thats all I remember. Right now due to covid they do not come into your room to clean during your stay. But if we go back to Virginia we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, quiet, no breakfast, but they had lots of pamphlets with options to do what felt like everything. I saw a sign for a pool, but I never saw one although I honestly didn't look very hard for it either. So that mystery is still an enigma to be solved if you're up for the challenge... Also, I may not be up to date with prices for a hotel but for 2 adults and 2 children (5 years and 17 years old) it was over $300 for 1 night. I hope that helps.

Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel. Loved that it was smoke free. Usually you can smell cigarettes smoke in the hotel but this was a breath of fresh air. Covid had the breakfast bar shut down but the did decent grab bags. All in all we would stay again.

I love this hotel. I stay here every time I go to Busch Gardens. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly.

My family of 4 just stayed there for 4 nights. I was not expecting much since it was one of the cheaper hotels I saw. Let me tell you that I was so glad we picked this hotel. First off its 7 minutes to bush gardens and 3 minutes to water country. Our reservations included breakfast and it was awesome. It was so great waking up and having a nice breakfast before we started our day. They had scrambled eggs, pancakes sausage, potatoes and cereal. Rooms were clean and staff was very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel

You are not going to find a more awesome staff!!!!! They will go the extra mile for their guests. I have extended my stay just because I have enjoyed being here. You will also not find a home cooked breakfast other than here. All prepared right in their own kitchen. And when breakfast is over the kitchen is used to prepare food for guests that stay in the hotel. No need to go any further there is a restaurant right in the hotel!!! How cool is that??? I have enjoyed walks outside of the hotel with the many trees and picnic tables it is like you are walking in a park!!! Also a huge pool and a place to play volley ball!!! I have enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel!!!!!

I stayed at this hotel for vacation purposes and I loved it! Bathroom was a bit small compared to others but comfort of the beds, top notch! My husband and I were are very pleased with the cleanliness and just the welcoming atmosphere! And just a few minutes from food and gas! I do recommend this hotel and the price, incredible!!!! Will be returning next year!

We recently visited there as a whole family for the winter vacation. Once checked in realized that the hotel is under a new management. Very courteous staff, clean and great ambiance. Rooms have microwave, refrigerator, locker, hair dryer, iron stand all that you need to make your day comfortable away from home. Close to Busch garden, water country, colonial village. Also had a chance to meet the owner and got to know the upcoming hotel renovation plans. Definitely a place to stay and would certainly stay during our next visit.

Stayed 3 nights here to visit Williamsburg on a recent vacation. Really nice rooms. The only issue was no breakfast because of covid issues. But they offer a go bag to anyone who asks. A muffin, apple, and granola bar. They did offer great tasting coffee in the breakfast bar. Very close to Bush gardens and water parks. It's right off I 64 exit easy access to anywhere you want to go to.
