Wythe Candy & Gourmet Shop

The Wythe Candy and Gourmet Shop has been on Duke of Gloster Street for as long as I can remember and for good reason. They have an amazing assortment of candy and other food products. The merchandise is well laid out in an attractive manner and the sales people or friendly and engaging. A great place to stop for a treat.

Love this place; I live 30 min away and enjoy spending a day at Merchant Square, buying cheese, and stopping at the Candy shop. I love the Carmel Apples and an array of fresh chocolate-covered candies. If you're nostalgic for some sweets you remember as a kid, browse the shop. If you love cotton candy, try their wall of fun flavors 😊🤗. Feeling a little risky trying the ediABLE BUGS and lollipops 🍭

I've been coming here since the 90s wen my sis worked there n we lived in mimosa! I still go and will be there today as well! Still homey feeling and I still turn into a kid in a candy store every time n can now bring my kids 😭❤

My husband and I love going to this candy shop on our date nights. We have been going for years and absolutely love the nostalgia. It smells amazing and they have the best selection of fudge and truffles!

I always find the cutest little gifts for my kids too. They have a ton of different candy toys like little video game controllers filled with candy and lollipops with toys attached. They even have huge gummy worms and bears!

This is a must stop for anyone visiting Williamsburg, wether it’s for a family vaca or date night out, this candy store is perfect!

Coming on here to say Angela was awesome! We had an irritating moment with the Cheese Shop next door but after telling Angela about it, she was able to make us laugh about it and feel better. She has great customer service and I hope she gets the acknowledgment and recognition she deserves. :)

One of our favorite spots to visit when in Williamsburg. Our son wanted to go every day that we were on vacation! The caramel apples are amazing.

So so much sugar. Fudge, truffles, gummies chocolate covered pretzles. Rice crispness, marshmallows, too many choices. All of it was delicious and of course vacation calories don't count.

What a selection of old and new. Great place to find something out of the ordinary.

They have a really great selection! What surprised me most is that they had a reduced sugar/sugar free section! I was very surprised by this being a diabetic but extremely happy too. Pictures are of that selection.

Definitely feel like a "kid in a candy store"!!! Wythe has a huge selection of everything! I love coming here. Today we bought a caramel apple (out of this world), some sea salt caramels and dark chocolate pecan turtles. Most enjoyable!! Friendly staff.

A fantastic shop featuring all kinds of candy and sweets. It was very difficult to choose just a few things to get. It was a bit crowded, but it was evening and the weather, although humid and a bit hot was still getting better as the sun went down. They do feature somebody making the candy apples and rice crispies, and Grandmas best no bake cookies. A great place in Colonial Williamsburg to go for anybody with a sweet tooth.

If you are looking for the best Chocolate, Truffles and amazing Gourmet Caramel Apples, topped with....well just about anything. This is the place for you. I've eaten "Buckeyes before ,however you haven't seen Buckeyes like these. A must stop while in Williamsburg. Yes, I do Recommend.

Candy shop made for adults and children alike! Great selection of candy, fizzy pops, chocolate and much more. Got some apple butter from here which has been my favourite after dinner go to lately.
The jelly covered in chocolate is my favvvvvvvvv, will try more chocolate next time.

I love this candy store old and new candy. Sugar free selections, and loylts of other items like cookies BBQ sauces salsa etc. L always get more than what I was there for.

Always a pleasure to go to this store. They have hard to find German cookies! Always busy too but fully staffed for easy check out.

I refused to leave Williamsburg until I got to come here! It was everything I wanted it to be and more. Best caramel apple I've ever had. The candies and chocolates were endless; everything was fresh and smelled amazing. Prices are reasonable and the girls behind the counter were friendly and helpful. There is something for everyone here, whether you want something nostalgic, traditional, or fun! My only regret is not buying more.

This candy shop had everything you could want.. from retro candy to home made chocolates that were out of this world.. after eating all that I purchased I quickly realized I should have splurged and gotten way more.. cant wait to visit again..
